Tux Paint is a free, award-winning drawing program originally created for children ages 3 to 12, but enjoyed by all! It combines an easy-to-use interface, fun sound effects, and an encouraging cartoon mascot who guides children as they use the program. You're presented with a blank canvas and a variety of drawing tools to help them be creative. Along with paintbrush, shapes and text, Tux Paint includes a "stamp" feature to add pre-drawn or photographic imagery to pictures, and a set of "magic tools" that provide filter effects (like blur, tint and waves) and interesting drawing tools (like train tracks, bubbles and grass). Tux Paint includes a collection of "starter" images, both coloring-book style and photo-realistic, and a large collections of stamps are available as a separate download. Additional content can be added by parents & teachers, or downloaded from 3rd parties. Tux Paint is available for Windows, macOS, Android, Linux, & Haiku operating systems, among others.

Agar provides a base GUI framework and a standard set of widgets from which graphical applications can be built which run natively under X11, Windows, MacOS, SDL and others. It takes advantage of texture and GPU acceleration wherever available. Agar can also attach to an existing framebuffer, SDL or OpenGL context and operate as a self-contained window-manager. Gimp User Filter is a plugin for The Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/), originally written by Jens Restemeier back in 1997. This project is about maintaining the plugin, keeping it compatible with current versions of Gimp, and eventually extending its features

Adjust for Panorama is a GIMP plugin which distorts images taken as a panorama. It maps the image from the planar projection onto a cylinder. After converting a series of images, they nicely overlap each other and it is easy to compose a panoramatic view from them.

This project holds a copy of the main gimp cvs tree and gives plug-in developers a chance to maintain/update their plug-ins without a gnome cvs account.
