The Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy (ASSP) Server project aims to create an open source platform-independent SMTP Proxy server which implements auto-whitelists, self learning Hidden-Markov-Model and/or Bayesian, Greylisting, DNSBL, DNSWL, URIBL, SPF, SRS, Backscatter, Virus scanning, attachment blocking, Senderbase and multiple other filter methods. Click 'Files' to download the professional version 2.8.1 build 24261. A linux(ubuntu 20.04 LTS) and a freeBSD 12.2 based ready to run OVA of ASSP V2 are also available for download. NOTICE: V1 development has been stopped at the end of 2014 (1.10.1 build 16060). Possibly there will be done some bugfixing in future. Please upgrade to V2, which is and will be actively maintained.

UFTP is an encrypted multicast file transfer program, designed to securely, reliably, and efficiently transfer files to multiple receivers simultaneously. This is useful for distributing large files to a large number of receivers, and is especially useful for data distribution over a satellite link (with two way communication), where the inherent delay makes any TCP based communication highly inefficient. The multicast encryption scheme is based on TLS with extensions to allow multiple receivers to share a common key. UFTP also has the capability to communicate over disjoint networks separated by one or more firewalls (NAT traversal) and without full end-to-end multicast capability (multicast tunneling) through the use of a UFTP proxy server. These proxies also provide scalability by aggregating responses from a group of receivers.

Caddy is a powerful, extensible, enterprise-ready server platform that uses TLS by default. Pangolin is an open-source, self-hosted tunneled reverse proxy server that brings identity-aware access control and dashboard management to exposing private services securely. websocketd is the WebSocket daemon. It takes care of handling the WebSocket connections, launching your programs to handle the WebSockets, and passing messages between programs and web-browser. If you can run your program from the command line, you can write WebSocket endpoints. Just read incoming text from stdin and write outgoing text to stdout. Messaging is simple. Each inbound WebSocket connection runs your program in a dedicated process. Connections are isolated by process. Available for Linux, OSX, Windows, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Solaris. Serves your static HTML, JavaScript, etc. Route different URLs to different programs. Dynamic generate content over HTTP too. Out-of-the-box support for serving content using HTTPS and WSS. Restrict which pages can make WebSocket connections. Interact with your WebSocket programs before you've built your frontend.

Proxyma is a multiple reverse-proxy library/webapplication with a cache subsystem and url-rewriting capabilities. The new core is based upon a flexible plugins subsystem easy to extend and customize. Recently this project was promoted to release 1.0.

jHTTPp2 is a very small HTTP/1.1 proxy server written in Java. It offers following features: IPv6 support, high-performance, blocks URL's based on a block-list, removes data from the HTTP-Header, blocks Cookies from untrusted hosts.

Apache2::ModProxyPerlHtml is the most advanced Apache output filter to rewrite HTTP headers and HTML links for reverse proxy usage. It is written in Perl and exceeds all mod_proxy_html.c limitations without performance lost. It is very simple and has far better parsing/replacement of URL than the original C code. It also support meta tag, CSS, and javascript URL rewriting and can be use with compressed HTTP. You can now replace any code by other, like changing images name or anything else. mod_proxy_html can't do all of that. Since release 3.0 ModProxyPerlHtml is also able to rewrite HTTP headers with refresh url redirection. One of the common used of ModProxyPerlHtml is as free replacement for ISA servers.
