Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a free open source neural network library, which implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks. Cross-platform execution in both fixed and floating point are supported. It includes a framework for easy handling of training data sets. It is easy to use, versatile, well documented, and fast. Bindings to more than 15 programming languages are available. An easy to read introduction article and a reference manual accompanies the library with examples and recommendations on how to use the library. Several graphical user interfaces are also available for the library.

wxPHP is a php binding/wrapper for the cross-platform library wxWidgets, which gives you the ability to develop desktop applications using the php programming language. This applications can be executed on windows, linux and macosx using the same code base with a native look and feel. One of the ideas is that you can use your php web applications code base and logic to create native desktop applications that communicate to them transparently. This way you can give your users a seamless and native experience from the desktop while staying in sync with your web apps. FLoM is a free open source distributed lock manager that can be used to synchronize shell commands, scripts and custom developed software. When used in a shell environment, FLoM manages process synchronization in the same way that "nice" manages process prioritization. Shell commands, scripts and custom programs can be synchronized inside a single system or in a network of IP connected systems. FLoM supports different types of abstract resources: simple, numeric, set, hierarchical and transactional sequence. libflom, the library shipped with FLoM, allows you to develop your own application using a simple C, C++, Java, Perl, PHP or Python client API. SSL/TLS security for network communication, X.509 certificates for peer to peer mutual authentication.

The libtld is used to extract the TLD from any URI from anywhere in the world. The library recognizes all TLDs, whatever the number of levels the TLD includes (i.e. .com has one, .au has up to 4 such as .schools.nsw.edu.au) this library will be capable of extracting it. The library is for C, C++, and PHP.

This libpurple PHP binding, which defines a set of internal classes, gives a possibility to use aol and icq (oscar), yahoo, msn, jabber, irc and much more protocols directly from PHP. Write your own IM chat client in PHP, as simply as PHP enables it.

Thank you for your interest in Speedy Composer. Speedy Composer is an automated application for composing melodies for Speedy Net members. We recently made changes to the source code of Speedy Net, and converted it into the Python language and Django framework. Since Speedy Composer was originally written in PHP, it is not adapted to work with Speedy Net in its current form. So unfortunately we were forced to temporarily close the app Speedy Composer. But don't worry, we kept backups of all the tunes composed by Speedy Composer, and when the website is reopened we will upload them to the new site. Speedy Composer and Speedy Net are open source applications, free software. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us convert Speedy Composer to Python.
