Many PHP developers need to send email from their code. The only PHP function that supports this directly is mail(). However, it does not provide any assistance for making use of popular features such as encryption, authentication, HTML messages, and attachments. Formatting email correctly is surprisingly difficult. libusb is a library for USB device access from Linux, macOS, Windows, OpenBSD/NetBSD, Haiku and Solaris userspace. It is written in C (Haiku backend in C++) and licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or, at your option, any later version. libusb is a C library that provides generic access to USB devices. It is intended to be used by developers to facilitate the production of applications that communicate with USB hardware. Using a single cross-platform API, it provides access to USB devices on Linux, macOS, Windows, etc. No special privilege or elevation is required for the application to communicate with a device. All versions of the USB protocol, from 1.0 to 3.1 (latest), are supported. libusb is abstracted internally in such a way that it can hopefully be ported to other operating systems. -

An Arduino IDE compatible graphics and fonts library for 32-bit processors. The library is targeted at 32-bit processors, it has been performance-optimized for STM32, ESP8266 and ESP32 types. The library can be loaded using the Arduino IDE's Library Manager. Direct Memory Access (DMA) can be used with the ESP32, RP2040, and STM32 processors to improve rendering performance. "Four wire" SPI and 8 bit parallel interfaces are supported. Due to the lack of GPIO pins, the 8-bit parallel interface is NOT supported on the ESP8266. 8 bit parallel interface TFTs (e.g. UNO format mcufriend shields) can use with the STM32 Nucleo 64/144 range or the UNO format ESP32. ILI9341 and ST7796 SPI-based displays are recommended as starting points for experimenting with this library. The library supports some TFT displays designed for the Raspberry Pi (RPi) that are based on a ILI9486 or ST7796 driver chip with a 480 x 320-pixel screen. -

Vegeta is a versatile HTTP load testing tool built out of a need to drill HTTP services with a constant request rate. It can be used both as a command line utility and a library. You can install Vegeta using the Homebrew package manager on Mac OS X. Both the library and the CLI are versioned with SemVer v2.0.0. After v8.0.0, the two components are versioned separately to better isolate breaking changes to each. CLI releases are tagged with cli/vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH and published on the Github releases page. As for the library, new versions are tagged with both lib/vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH and vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH. The latter tag is required for compatibility with go mod. The JSON format makes integration with programs that produce targets dynamically easier. Each target is one JSON object in its own line. The method and url fields are required. If present, the body field must be base64 encoded. The generated JSON Schema defines the format in detail. -

TLS support for client and server (but not UWP servers). Extensible communication channels (e.g. In-Memory, TCP, TCP+TLS, WS). Lightweight (only the low-level implementation of MQTT, no overhead). Performance optimized (processing ~150.000 messages/second). Uniform API across all supported versions of the MQTT protocol. Tested on the local machine (Intel i7 8700K) with MQTTnet client and server running in the same process using the TCP channel. The app for verification is part of this repository and stored in /Tests/MQTTnet.TestApp.NetCore. List of connected clients available. Supports connected clients with different protocol versions at the same time. Able to publish its own messages (no loopback client required). Able to receive every message (no loopback client required). -

ToaruOS is a "complete" operating system for x86-64 PCs and experimental support for ARMv8. While many independent, hobby, and research OSes aim to experiment with new designs, ToaruOS is intended as an educational resource, providing a representative microcosm of functionality found in major desktop operating systems. The OS includes a kernel, bootloader, dynamic shared object linker, C standard library, its own composited windowing system, a dynamic bytecode-compiled programming language, advanced code editor, and dozens of other utilities and example applications. There are no external runtime dependencies and all required source code, totaling roughly 100k lines of (primarily) C, is included in this repository, save for Kuroko, which lives separately. Through out the project, ToaruOS has also attracted quite a few beginner OS developers who have tried to use it as a reference. -

Implementation of Imagen, Google's Text-to-Image Neural Network that beats DALL-E2, in Pytorch. It is the new SOTA for text-to-image synthesis. Architecturally, it is actually much simpler than DALL-E2. It consists of a cascading DDPM conditioned on text embeddings from a large pre-trained T5 model (attention network). It also contains dynamic clipping for improved classifier-free guidance, noise level conditioning, and a memory-efficient unit design. It appears neither CLIP nor prior network is needed after all. And so research continues. For simpler training, you can directly supply text strings instead of precomputing text encodings. (Although for scaling purposes, you will definitely want to precompute the textual embeddings + mask) -

Logbook is an extensible Java library to enable complete request and response logging for different client- and server-side technologies. It satisfies a special need by a) allowing web application developers to log any HTTP traffic that an application receives or sends b) in a way that makes it easy to persist and analyze it later. This can be useful for traditional log analysis, meeting audit requirements or investigating individual historic traffic issues. Logbook is ready to use out of the box for most common setups. VulkanSceneGraph (VSG), is a modern, cross-platform, high-performance scene graph library built upon Vulkan graphics/compute API. The software is written in C++17 and follows the CppCoreGuidelines and FOSS Best Practices. The source code is published under the MIT License, with the exception of vulkan.h, used for Vulkan extensions, which is under Apache License 2.0. This repository contains C++ headers and source and CMake build scripts to build the libvsg library. We live in very exciting times 😃! BLDC motors are entering the hobby community more and more and many great projects have already emerged leveraging their far superior dynamics and power capabilities. BLDC motors have numerous advantages over regular DC motors but they have one big disadvantage, the complexity of control. Even though it has become relatively easy to design and manufacture PCBs and create our own hardware solutions for driving BLDC motors the proper low-cost solutions are yet to come. One of the reasons for this is the apparent complexity of writing the BLDC driving algorithms, Field oriented control (FOC) being an example of one of the most efficient ones. The solutions that can be found online are almost exclusively very specific for certain hardware configurations and the microcontroller architecture used. Additionally, most of the efforts at this moment are still channeled towards the high-power applications of the BLDC motors and proper low-cost FOC. -

Library for efficient similarity search and clustering dense vectors
Faiss is a library for efficient similarity search and clustering of dense vectors. It contains algorithms that search in sets of vectors of any size, up to ones that possibly do not fit in RAM. It also contains supporting code for evaluation and parameter tuning. Faiss is written in C++ with complete wrappers for Python/numpy. Some of the most useful algorithms are implemented on the GPU. It is developed by Facebook AI Research. Faiss contains several methods for similarity search. It assumes that the instances are represented as vectors and are identified by an integer, and that the vectors can be compared with L2 (Euclidean) distances or dot products. Vectors that are similar to a query vector are those that have the lowest L2 distance or the highest dot product with the query vector. It also supports cosine similarity, since this is a dot product on normalized vectors. -

The Photon uses an ARM Cortex M3 CPU based microcontroller. All of the code is built around the GNU GCC toolchain offered and maintained by ARM. The build requires version 5.3.1 20160307 or newer of ARM GCC and will print an error message if the version is older than this. In order to turn your source code into binaries, you will need a tool called make. Windows users need to explicitly install make on their machines. Make sure you can use it from the terminal window. The entire Particle firmware is contained in this repository. The main user code sits in the application.cpp file under firmware/user/src/ folder. Unless you know what you are doing, refrain from making changes to any other files. After you are done editing the files, you can rebuild the repository by running the make command in the firmware/main/ directory. If you have made changes to any of the other directories, make automatically determines which files need to be rebuilt and builds them for you. -
