Application appears in system tray and keeps reminding to take short break for relaxing eyes after every rest time interval. It displays a blank screen enforcing rest for some time. User can enable/disable rest enforcement as needed.

Grasshopper is an open source and free (speech & beer) responsive-design web application to control Bticino MyHome. VALUES: Use any device Since Grasshopper is a browser-based application, you can use a browser on any device to access Grasshopper. Thanks to its responsive-design support, the Grasshopper interface will adapt to the screen-size of your device. Choice of server-platform Grasshopper is a web application that can run from different web servers. The Grasshopper appliance runs on DietPi with Lesp (Nginx+SQLite+PHP). The Grasshopper application has been tested on Lesp and LAMP+SQLite. (Both documented in following chapters). The only requirement is that SQLite is used as a database. You can read more about this in following chapters. Choice of MyHome Gateway Grasshopper can communicate not only through the official Bticino Gateways (eg. MH20x / F452 / F454) but also network-connected touchscreens can be used (eg. 3,5" / 10")

gigasetelements-cli is a python based program which allows you to control your Gigaset Elements home security system. It comes with an easy to use CLI (command-line interface) suitable for direct use or cron jobs.

The AWS-IoT-Arduino-Yún-SDK allows developers to connect their Arduino Yún compatible Board to AWS IoT. By connecting the device to the AWS IoT, users can securely work with the message broker, rules and the Thing Shadow provided by AWS IoT and with other AWS services like AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon S3, etc. The AWS-IoT-Arduino-Yún-SDK consists of two parts, which take use of the resources of the two chips on Arduino Yún, one for native Arduino IDE API access and the other for functionality and connections to the AWS IoT built on top of AWS IoT Device SDK for Python. The AWS-IoT-Arduino-Yún-SDK provides APIs to let users publish messages to AWS IoT and subscribe to MQTT topics to receive messages transmitted by other devices or coming from the broker. This allows to interact with the standard MQTT PubSub functionality of AWS IoT.

This product recognizes oral commands and translates them to domotic orders for a domotic system. This product does not implement a domotic system. This product is an interface to be plugged to a domotic system. The speech recognition is done by an arduino UNO board and an EasyVR shield. Available oral commands are generated from a house description file in XML format. The oral commands have to be trained for a specific users. For this purpose 2 interfaces are provided: a command line interface and a web application. These interfaces allow to visualize oral commands, train and delete trainings.

These plugins connect EventGhost and Emesene together. EG can send messages and Emesene generates events.

Google Assistant for Single Board Computers. In May of 2017, Google Released it’s AIY Projects kit. Initially not many had access to it, so that is when I started modifying the Google Assistant SDK adding AIY like features to help out the ones left without the kit. Every project requires a name and so I named it GassistPi (“G”oogle “Assist”ant on “Pi”). Fast forwarding to date, the project works not only on Pi boards but on a number of other platforms. It has some interesting custom actions for both entertainment and home automation needs. The primary language of coding is Python and the project has been structed in a way to allow even inexperienced programmers to modify existing codes and implement their own custom actions. This is a project for the single-board community, driven by the community.

A text based application that listen and translates in human language the messages of OpenWebNet protocol of bTicino MyHome(R) system. MyHomeGuardian also sends an e-mail or executes an OPEN command if an event happened.

This small utility provides the facility to schedule the system shutdown. The user can specify the time to remind before the shutdown operation. It will be running in the background and can be accessed from the system tray.
