openEAR is the Munich Open-Source Emotion and Affect Recognition Toolkit developed at the Technische Universität München (TUM). It provides efficient (audio) feature extraction algorithms implemented in C++, classfiers, and pre-trained models on well-known emotion databases. It is now maintained and supported by audEERING. The Augmented Reality Tool Kit (ARToolKit) captures images from video sources, optically tracks markers in the images, and composites them with computer-generated content using OpenGL. Haytham is an open source video based eye tracker suited for head-mounted or remote setups. It provides real-time gaze estimation in the user’s field of view or the computer display by analyzing eye movement. Haytham offers gaze-based interaction with computer screens in fully mobile situations. The software is built by C#, using Emgu and AForge image processing libraries. LICENSE The Haytham is released under a dual license: FREE VERSION: The source code is released under GPL version 3.0. In short, it means that any distributed project that includes or links any portion of Haytham source code has to be released with the source code under a license compatible with GPLv3. COMMERCIAL VERSION: If you want to use the Haytham in a closed source commercial product, you must purchase the license. SMILE = Speech & Music Interpretation by Large Space Extraction openSMILE is a fast, real-time (audio) feature extraction utility for automatic speech, music and paralinguistic recognition research developed originally at TUM in the scope of the EU-project SEMAINE, now maintained and supported by audEERING.

An extensive and multi-platform visualisation, process control and HMI application that supports many different devices via an open plug-in interface. Beside a visual GUI editor a debugger is part of the package.

A neuroscientific knowledge management system for the published literature

The Business Bot Platform (BBP) - Community Edition is a chatbot platform for private and professional chatbots. It provides support for Facebook Messenger, Signal, Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Skype for Business, Threema and XMPP. The Business Bot Platform Community Edition provides a software solution for chatbot applications developed with Java. It is designed to be easy to use (pluggable chatbots) and extensible as well as integrate in your chatbot application without knowledge about various instant messenger APIs. It is flexible through its plugin architecture and has a repository for chatbot applications (e.g. Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Calculator) which are installable by one-click. Also supporting RiveScript and AIML 2.0. BBP is a web application which handles all incoming and outgoing instant messages and comes with a dashboard for all platform activities. Research on automatic face recognition in images has rapidly developed into several inter-related lines, and this research has both lead to and been driven by a disparate and expanding set of commercial applications. The large number of research activities is evident in the growing number of scientific communications published on subjects related to face processing and recognition. The proposed filter-based algorithm uses a bank of Gabor filters to capture both local and global details in a fingerprint as a compact fixed length FingerCode. The fingerprint matching is based on the Euclidean distance between the two corresponding FingerCodes and hence is extremely fast. We are able to achieve a verification accuracy which is only marginally inferior to the best results of minutiae-based algorithms published in the open literature. Our system performs better than a state-of-the-art minutiae-based system when the performance requirement of the application system does not demand a very low false acceptance rate. Finally, we show that the matching performance can be improved by combining the decisions of the matchers based on complementary (minutiae-based and filter-based) fingerprint information.
