This is a collection of software modifications created to integrate NanoEngineer-1, PACKMOL and MSI2LMP for the purpose of easily creating molecular dynamics cells. NanoEngineer-1 is a molecular CAD software written by Nanorex and provides the user an easy way to create molecules, while the software modifications allow the user to type atoms using multiple force fields. PACKMOL can generate a random collection of molecules using the molecule templates from NanoEngineer-1 thus providing the initial MD cell. Modifications to PACKMOL allow the atom type data to be passed through to the MSI2LMP software. MSI2LMP creates a LAMMPS input file based on class I or class II force fields. MSI2LMP was modified to use numerically coded force field data generated by NanoEngineer-1. ISAAC (Integrated Solution Algorithm for Arbitrary Configurations) is a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code developed to test and apply high order turbulence models for compressible flows around complex geometric configurations.

MaxFem is an open software package for electromagnetic simulation by using finite element methods. The package can solve problems in electrostatics, direct current, magnetostatics and eddy-currents. Since version 0.4.0, MaxFEM requires Python 3. We have moved the installers to the MaxFEM website (see below). In order to improve MaxFEM, we will require you to fill out a simple form before downloading them.

A command line calculator capable of complex arithmetics.

Program for viewing, editing, manipulating, and analyzing absorbance spectra. Simple arithnetic includes making linear combinatins of up to 10 spectra. Advanced functions include fitting spectra as LC of standard basis spectra, singular value decomposition, Fourier transform, differentiation, integration, global fitting of 3D titration and kinetic data. Graphics features allow composing Figures and export to postscript files which can be converted to pdf, imported into photoshop for rasterization, or used in page design software like Illustrator.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) solver aimed to solve multi-physics problems on unstructured grids (inviscid Euler, Navier-Stokes flows, Heat transfer). F90 based. MPI, cgns, Metis libraries used.

Easy to use single span or continuous (multi-span) beam analysis program with user-friendly interface to build beams with library of loads. Capable of solving statically indeterminate forces and moments and beam deflections. Considers in-plane static loading. Load library includes concentrated forces or moments, uniformly distributed loads which can be overlapped for a composite effect. Includes a library to select AISC common structural shapes with automatic property extraction. In span hinges are available. Units can be chosen including other than US customary and conversion between. Support types include fixed (built-in), pinned (simple), guided, linear or rotational springs. Includes selection of optional custom beam cross-section properties. Material properties include Young's Modulus, Poisson's ratio, density for self-weight.

The xml-fortran project contains a library and several auxiliary programs, written in Fortran, that allow programmers to access XML-files.

Avian Freeware Suite (AFS) provides two things: Developers with libraries for Java Swing Widgets, XML handling, Fortran95 and Pascal; End users (Medical students, doctors, scientists) with productivity tools they can use (quizzes, XML databasing & PDF)

The Delta code is an nonlinear aeroelastic solver written in fortran 90. At the moment only vortex lattice aerodynamics is available but the hope is for a higher fidelity aerodynamic model to be developed for use in the current code. Linux and Unix.

Manufactured Analytical Solution Abstraction (MASA): a library for applying the Method of Manufactured Solutions to verification of numerical software used for solving systems of nonlinear algebraic and differential equations.

The Modular System for Shelves and Coasts (MOSSCO) is a coupling framework for Earth System Models. It helps users to integrate their own numerical models with other developments. MagCAD is a set of tools for reconstructing 3D meshes from medical images such as MRI scans and ultra-sound. Resulting meshes are designed for CFD and visualisation

This is an extension to the standard 2D HF package (A Numerical Hartree-Fock Program for Diatomic Molecules by Jacek Kobus, Leif Laaksonen and Dage Sundholm) that adds some extra functionality.

Blit contains a group of highly efficient iterative sparse solvers that can handle multiple right-hand-sides (i.e. block solvers). We will implement BLQMR, BLGMRES and other block algorithms in MATLAB, FORTRAN 90, C/C++, CUDA and OpenCL.

Problem Solving Environment (PSE) for Data Assimilation and Model Calibration

ChesROMS is developing a ROMS model of the Chesapeake Bay to help in the prediction of Harmful Algal Blooms. We hope to catalyze a new method of community modeling with involvement beyond the core researchers of the ChesROMS project.

The software is developed for calculations of hierarchy big circuits by methods of the tensor analysis of networks and diakoptic. It is planned also to application for joint calculation of circuits and the fields presented by electrical equivalent circuits. For input of circuits editor KiCAD is used.

The fst2v5d package converts data stored in the Canadian RPN Standard File (FST) format into Vis5D format. FST files, commonly used to store meteorological data, are scanned by fst2v5d to generate both 4D fields and independent topography input files.
