Cryptomator is a free and open source project that offers multi-platform, transparent client side encryption of your files in the cloud. It works with just about any cloud storage service; is totally transparent so you can work with your files how you normally would; and secure with a 256-bit key length AES encryption. It’s also simple and easy to use with no need for different accounts, key management, cloud access grants or cipher configurations.

Syncthing is an open source continuous file synchronization program, which essentially works by synchronizing files between two or more computers in real time. Syncthing is designed to first and foremost keep users’ data safe and protected against data loss and against attackers who would unlawfully try and access this data. It doesn’t store data anywhere else except on your computers and uses encryption to secure all your data. It is very easy to use, cross-platform and automatic. As such, it is very user-friendly and ideal for all users looking for a secure and easy-to-use file synchronization solution. Syncthing supports file versioning, relaying, ignoring files and many more. Different configurations offer different options to suit users’ specific requirements.

Fsum Frontend is a files integrity checker. It can calculate 96 hash and checksum algorithms(CRC32, MD5, SHA1, SHA2, ADLER, DHA256, FORK256, ...). You can verify your files using a .sfv/.md5/.sha1/.sha2 file or create your own checksum file.

FileVerifier++ is a Windows utility for calculating hashes using a number of algorithms including CRC32, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256/224/384/512, WHIRLPOOL, and RIPEMD-128/160/256/320. Supported hash file formats include MD5SUM .MD5, SFV, BSD CKSUM, and others.

bin64ed is a binary base64 encoder/decoder that allows you to encode/decode binary files (such as images, pdfs, etc) to and from base64.

Simple drag & drop file encryption tool. based on python and uses PyCrypto to encrypt the inputted files with AES encryption. Then sqlite database file is generated with a unique key to store the encrypted files and folders in binary blobs for later decryption.

DavUtils is a collection of easy to use WebDAV client tools. The built-in client-side encryption allows you to encrypt and decrypt files on the fly with AES.
