The MRiLab project is moving to GitHub, the latest version can be obtained from https://leoliuf.github.io/MRiLab/ The MRiLab is a numerical MRI simulation package. It has been developed and optimized to simulate MR signal formation, k-space acquisition and MR image reconstruction. MRiLab provides several dedicated toolboxes to analyze RF pulse, design MR sequence, configure multiple transmitting and receiving coils, investigate magnetic field related properties and evaluate real-time imaging technique. An open-source NLP research library, built on PyTorch
AllenNLP makes it easy to design and evaluate new deep learning models for nearly any NLP problem, along with the infrastructure to easily run them in the cloud or on your laptop. AllenNLP includes reference implementations of high quality models for both core NLP problems (e.g. semantic role labeling) and NLP applications (e.g. textual entailment). AllenNLP supports loading "plugins" dynamically. A plugin is just a Python package that provides custom registered classes or additional allennlp subcommands. There is ecosystem of open source plugins, some of which are maintained by the AllenNLP team here at AI2, and some of which are maintained by the broader community. AllenNLP will automatically find any official AI2-maintained plugins that you have installed, but for AllenNLP to find personal or third-party plugins you've installed, you also have to create either a local plugins file named .allennlp_plugins in the directory where you run the allennlp command. -

Bats is a TAP-compliant testing framework for Bash. It provides a simple way to verify that the UNIX programs you write behave as expected. A Bats test file is a Bash script with special syntax for defining test cases. Under the hood, each test case is just a function with a description. Bats is most useful when testing software is written in Bash, but you can use it to test any UNIX program. Test cases consist of standard shell commands. Bats makes use of Bash's errexit (set -e) option when running test cases. If every command in the test case exits with a 0 status code (success), the test passes. In this way, each line is an assertion of truth. The Bats source code repository is hosted on GitHub. There you can file bugs on the issue tracker or submit tested pull requests for review. -

After completing this book, at the very least you will learn how to write an operating system from scratch by reading hardware datasheets. In the real world, it works like that. You won't be able to consult Google for a quick answer. A big picture of how each layer of a computer is related to the other, from hardware to software. Write code independently. It's pointless to copy and paste code. Real learning happens when you solve problems on your own. Some examples are given to kick start, but most problems are yours to conquer. However, the solutions are available online for you to examine after giving it a good try. The book does not try to teach you everything, but enough to enable you to learn by yourself. Once you master part 1 and part 2 (which consist of 8 chapters), you can drop the book and learn by yourself. -

Slim is a Ruby template language whose goal is reduce the syntax to the essential parts without becoming cryptic. The initial design of Slim is what you see on the home page. It started as an exercise to see how much could be removed from a standard html template (<, >, closing tags, etc.). As more people took an interest in Slim, the functionality grew and so did the flexibility of the syntax. Slim will strive to maintain simplicity, but not everyone's definition of a readable syntax is the same. The docs will show you the options. Short syntax without closing tags (Using indentation instead) HTML style mode with closing tags. Slim is a fast, lightweight templating engine with support for Rails 3 and later. It has been heavily tested on all major ruby implementations. We use continuous integration (travis-ci). Slim uses Temple for parsing/compilation and is also integrated into Tilt, so it can be used together with Sinatra or plain Rack. -

Stanza is a collection of accurate and efficient tools for the linguistic analysis of many human languages.
