Jmol/JSmol is a molecular viewer for 3D chemical structures that runs in four independent modes: an HTML5-only web application utilizing jQuery, a Java applet, a stand-alone Java program (Jmol.jar), and a "headless" server-side component (JmolData.jar). Jmol can read many file types, including PDB, CIF, SDF, MOL, PyMOL PSE files, and Spartan files, as well as output from Gaussian, GAMESS, MOPAC, VASP, CRYSTAL, CASTEP, QuantumEspresso, VMD, and many other quantum chemistry programs. Files can be transferred directly from several databases, including RCSB, EDS, NCI, PubChem, and MaterialsProject. Multiple files can be loaded and compared. A rich scripting language and a well-developed web API allow easy customization of the user interface. Features include interactive animation and linear morphing. Jmol interfaces well with JSpecView for spectroscopy, JSME for 2D->3D conversion, POV-Ray for images, and CAD programs for 3D printing (VRML export).

Now with IEC61850 support! This project combines existing open source projects and tools to create a very capable, mobile and cloud-friendly HMI system that can rival proprietary software. This approach makes it possible to join forces of each project (Chromium, SVG/HTML5, PHP, Lua, SQLite, Inkscape, Lib61850, OpenDNP3, Nginx, Vega, PostgreSQL, Grafana,…) to achieve a great set of open, evergreen, modular and customizable tools for building great HMIs for automation projects. OpenMEDIS is a simple, flexible, and standardized tool to collect (inventory) and process (manage) information on health technology infrastructure, e.g. medical devices in low- and middle income countries. The latest source code is available in the folder Code/trunk. There are also sub-projects of openMEDIS that contain the source-code of installations in each country.

Pyspread is a non-traditional spreadsheet application that is based on and written in the programming language Python. The goal of pyspread is to be the most pythonic spreadsheet. Pyspread expects Python expressions in its grid cells, which makes a spreadsheet specific language obsolete. Each cell returns a Python object that can be accessed from other cells. These objects can represent anything including lists or matrices. Project Season is being created to automate working with agricultural business. Project architecture form is intended to be extended. So project season can use different modules to extend its functionality.
