VeraCrypt is a free disk encryption software brought to you by IDRIX (https://www.idrix.fr) and based on TrueCrypt 7.1a. It adds enhanced security to the algorithms used for system and partitions encryption making it immune to new developments in brute-force attacks. It also solves many vulnerabilities and security issues found in TrueCrypt. This enhanced security adds some delay ONLY to the opening of encrypted partitions without any performance impact to the application use phase. This is acceptable to the legitimate owner but it makes it much harder for an attacker to gain access to the encrypted data. EncFS - virtual encrypted filesystem for Linux

SD4L is a suite of Linux tools including a graphical user interface which allow the creation of, and access to ScramDisk as well as TrueCrypt encrypted container files. In particular, SD4L provides a Linux driver which enables mounting of containers.

Hash is fast and simple java utility program for calculating and verifying checksums for files and text. Hash can generate MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 checksum values.
