An advanced command-line tool designed to brute force directories and files in webservers, AKA web path scanner. Wordlist is a text file, each line is a path. About extensions, unlike other tools, dirsearch only replaces the %EXT% keyword with extensions from -e flag. For wordlists without %EXT% (like SecLists), -f | --force-extensions switch is required to append extensions to every word in wordlist, as well as the /. To use multiple wordlists, you can separate your wordlists with commas. Example: wordlist1.txt,wordlist2.txt. Default values for dirsearch flags can be edited in the configuration file: default.conf. The thread number (-t | --threads) reflects the number of separated brute force processes. And so the bigger the thread number is, the faster dirsearch runs. By default, the number of threads is 30, but you can increase it if you want to speed up the progress. -

A command-line benchmarking tool. Statistical analysis across multiple runs. Support for arbitrary shell commands. Constant feedback about the benchmark progress and current estimates. Warmup runs can be executed before the actual benchmark. Cache-clearing commands can be set up before each timing run. Statistical outlier detection to detect interference from other programs and caching effects. Export results to various formats: CSV, JSON, Markdown, AsciiDoc. Parameterized benchmarks (e.g. vary the number of threads). Cross-platform. Hyperfine will automatically determine the number of runs to perform for each command. By default, it will perform at least 10 benchmarking runs and measure for at least 3 seconds. For programs that perform a lot of disk I/O, the benchmarking results can be heavily influenced by disk caches and whether they are cold or warm. If you want to run the benchmark on a warm cache, you can use the -w/--warmup option. -

PathPicker accepts a wide range of input, output from git commands, grep results, searches, pretty much anything. After parsing the input, PathPicker presents you with a nice UI to select which files you're interested in. After that you can open them in your favorite editor or execute arbitrary commands. Facebook PathPicker is a simple command line tool that solves the perpetual problem of selecting files out of bash output. Bash is fully supported and works the best. ZSH is supported as well, but won't have a few features like alias expansion in command line mode. csh/fish/rc are supported in the latest version, but might have quirks or issues in older versions of PathPicker. Note: if your default shell and current shell is not in the same family (bash/zsh... v.s. fish/rc), you need to manually export environment variable $SHELL to your current shell. -

pv-migrate is a CLI tool/kubectl plugin to easily migrate the contents of one Kubernetes PersistentVolumeClaim to another. On Kubernetes, if you need to rename a resource (like a Deployment) or to move it to a different namespace, you can simply create a copy of its manifest with the new namespace and/or name and apply it. However, it is not as simple with PersistentVolumeClaim resources: They are not only metadata, but they also store data in the underlying storage backend. In these cases, moving the data stored in the PVC can become a problem, making migrations more difficult. -

q - Text as Data
Run SQL directly on CSV or TSV files
q is a command line tool that allows direct execution of SQL-like queries on CSVs/TSVs (and any other tabular text files). q treats ordinary files as database tables, and supports all SQL constructs, such as WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINs etc. It supports automatic column name and column type detection, and provides full support for multiple encodings. q fully supports all types of encoding. Use -e data-encoding to set the input data encoding, -Q query-encoding to set the query encoding, and use -E output-encoding to set the output encoding. Sensible defaults are in place for all three parameters. Files with BOM: Files which contain a BOM (Byte Order Mark) are not properly supported inside python's csv module. q contains a workaround that allows reading UTF8 files which contain a BOM - Use -e utf-8-sig for this. The plan is to separate the BOM handling from the encoding itself, which would allow to support BOMs for all encodings. -

This program is a GUI for the command line tool grep and pdfgrep. Pdfgrep search text in multiple PDF files and grep can serach text in multiple text files. You can use regular expressions for the search (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regular_expression). This GUI and the command line tools work without indexing. The following options are used: -i (ignore case) and -F (fixed strings), -n (Print page number or output lines) and -H (Print the file name for each match) from the command line tool. As you may be aware, Booting with a Live CD, requires that you need to change the Boot Order on your System / Guest BIOS, quickly on startup, by pressing either F2 OR F12 OR F10 OR an equivalent key and then change the Boot Order to boot from the CDROM first. Some Hints: Puppy Linux Live CDs show some dialogs / settings window on first startup / first shutdown. Feel free to dismiss / close them, if you do not want to make any changes, to the live cd's operation, next time, on the same system. This will not affect the zerofree's work in any way. Apart from this, using the Internet Browser, built in, would require a Free Memory of 1 GB or more, for better Performance ( as it is generally a memory intensive activity ) -

TraceMAC is a Windows/Linux command-line tool that allows you to trace a specific MAC address thru Cisco switches. It works by connecting to a switch using SSH, SNMP, Telnet, HTTP or HTTPS and do some "show commands" and later process the output, this will happen recursively until it finds the switch where that MAC address (PC/Printer/Etc) is directly connected. Note: It works with Cisco switches only and you must have CDP enabled at least on trunks/links between switches! Is tested with Cisco switches: Catalyst: 2960,3560,3750,4948,6509,9200,9300,9500 (All protocols) Nexus: C9332C, 93180YC-EX (NX-OS SSH) Express 500 (HTTP) FYI: It uses Nbtscan.exe (NetBIOS) as a alternative method to discover the mac address of a host and now seems that it is considered a malware.
