Electron Packager
Customize and package your Electron app with OS-specific bundles
Electron Packager is a command line tool and Node.js library that bundles Electron-based application source code with a renamed Electron executable and supporting files into folders ready for distribution. For creating distributables like installers and Linux packages, consider using either Electron Forge (which uses Electron Packager internally), or one of the related Electron tools, which utilizes Electron Packager-created folders as a basis. Note that packaged Electron applications can be relatively large. A zipped, minimal Electron application is approximately the same size as the zipped prebuilt binary for a given target platform, target arch, and Electron version (files named electron-v${version}-${platform}-${arch}.zip). Building an Electron app for the Windows target platform requires editing the Electron.exe file. Currently, Electron Packager uses node-rcedit to accomplish this. -

Kubernetes sometimes deprecates API versions. Most notably, a large number of deprecations happened in the 1.16 release. This is fine, and it's a fairly easy thing to deal with. However, it can be difficult to find all the places where you might have used a version that will be deprecated in your next upgrade. You might think, "I'll just ask the api-server to tell me!", but this is fraught with danger. If you ask the API-server to give you deployments.v1.apps, and the deployment was deployed as deployments.v1beta1.extensions, the API-server will quite happily convert the API version and return a manifest with apps/v1. This is fairly well outlined in the discussion of this issue. -

An advanced command-line tool designed to brute force directories and files in webservers, AKA web path scanner. Wordlist is a text file, each line is a path. About extensions, unlike other tools, dirsearch only replaces the %EXT% keyword with extensions from -e flag. For wordlists without %EXT% (like SecLists), -f | --force-extensions switch is required to append extensions to every word in wordlist, as well as the /. To use multiple wordlists, you can separate your wordlists with commas. Example: wordlist1.txt,wordlist2.txt. Default values for dirsearch flags can be edited in the configuration file: default.conf. The thread number (-t | --threads) reflects the number of separated brute force processes. And so the bigger the thread number is, the faster dirsearch runs. By default, the number of threads is 30, but you can increase it if you want to speed up the progress. -

CLI tool to easily migrate Kubernetes persistent volumes
pv-migrate is a CLI tool/kubectl plugin to easily migrate the contents of one Kubernetes PersistentVolumeClaim to another. On Kubernetes, if you need to rename a resource (like a Deployment) or to move it to a different namespace, you can simply create a copy of its manifest with the new namespace and/or name and apply it. However, it is not as simple with PersistentVolumeClaim resources: They are not only metadata, but they also store data in the underlying storage backend. In these cases, moving the data stored in the PVC can become a problem, making migrations more difficult. -

CFSSL
Cloudflare's PKI and TLS toolkit
CFSSL is CloudFlare's PKI/TLS swiss army knife. It is both a command line tool and an HTTP API server for signing, verifying, and bundling TLS certificates. It requires Go 1.12+ to build. Note that certain linux distributions have certain algorithms removed (RHEL-based distributions in particular), so the golang from the official repositories will not work. Users of these distributions should install go manually to install CFSSL. You can set the GOOS and GOARCH environment variables to have Go cross compile for alternative platforms; however, cfssl requires cgo, and cgo requires a working compiler toolchain for the target platform. The csr is the client's certificate request. The -ca and -ca-key flags are the CA's certificate and private key, respectively. By default, they are ca.pem and ca_key.pem. The -hostname is a comma separated hostname list that overrides the DNS names and IP address in the certificate SAN extension. -

PingMe is a personal project to satisfy my need to have alerts, most major platforms have integration to send alerts but it's not always useful, either you are stuck with one particular platform, or you have to do a lot of integrations. I needed a small utility that I could just call from my backup scripts, cron jobs, CI/CD pipelines, or from anywhere to send a message with particular information. And I can ship it everywhere with ease. Hence, the birth of PingMe. Everything is configurable via environment variables, and you can simply export the logs or messages to a variable that will be sent as a message, most of all this serves as a swiss army knife sort of tool that supports multiple platforms. -

Although Firefox supports many of Progressive Web App APIs, it does not support functionality to install them as a standalone system app with an app-like experience. This project creates a custom-modified Firefox runtime to allow websites to be installed as standalone apps and provides a console tool and browser extension to install, manage and use them. Command-line tool to install, manage and run Progressive Web Apps in Firefox. Extension to set up native programs, and install, manage and run PWAs and their profiles directly from the main Firefox browser. Isolated Firefox installation and profile(s) that stores the PWAs. -

sq is a command line tool that provides jq-style access to structured data sources: SQL databases, or document formats like CSV or Excel. sq executes jq-like queries, or database-native SQL. It can join across sources: join a CSV file to a Postgres table, or MySQL with Excel. sq outputs to a multitude of formats including JSON, Excel, CSV, HTML, Markdown and XML, and can insert query results directly to a SQL database. sq can also inspect sources to view metadata about the source structure (tables, columns, size). You can use sq diff to compare tables, or entire databases. sq has commands for common database operations to copy, truncate, and drop tables. -

Dbmate is a database migration tool, to keep your database schema in sync across multiple developers and your production servers. It is a standalone command line tool, which can be used with Go, Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or any other language or framework you are using to write database-backed applications. This is especially helpful if you are writing many services in different languages, and want to maintain some sanity with consistent development tools. Migrations are run atomically inside a transaction. Supports creating and dropping databases (handy in development/test). Supports saving a schema.sql file to easily diff schema changes in git. Fortio (Φορτίο) started as, and is, Istio’s load testing tool and later (2018) graduated to be its own open-source project. Fortio runs at a specified query per second (qps) and records an histogram of execution time and calculates percentiles (e.g. p99 ie the response time such as 99% of the requests take less than that number (in seconds, SI unit)). It can run for a set duration, for a fixed number of calls, or until interrupted (at a constant target QPS, or max speed/load per connection/thread). Fortio is a fast, small (4Mb docker image, minimal dependencies), reusable, embeddable go library as well as a command line tool and server process, the server includes a simple web UI and REST API to trigger run and see graphical representation of the results (both a single latency graph and a multiple results comparative min, max, avg, qps and percentiles graphs). -

A command line tool to download Android applications directly from the Google Play Store by specifying their package name (an initial one-time configuration is required) PlaystoreDownloader is a tool for downloading Android applications directly from the Google Play Store. After an initial (one-time) configuration, applications can be downloaded by specifying their package name. There are two ways of getting a working copy of PlaystoreDownloader on your own computer: either by using Docker or by using directly the source code in a Python 3 environment. In both cases, the first thing to do is to get a local copy of this repository, so open up a terminal in the directory where you want to save the project and clone the repository. Apart from valid Google Play Store credentials, the only requirement of this project is a working Python 3 (at least 3.7) installation and pipenv (for dependency management). -

A collection of 500+ analyzers, refactorings, and fixes for C#, powered by Roslyn. Roslynator client libraries are meant to be used for the development of your own analyzers/refactorings. It does not contain any analyzers/refactorings themselves. All analyzers in package Roslynator.Formatting.Analyzers are disabled by default. Roslynator Testing Framework can be used for unit testing of analyzers, refactorings and code fix. The framework is distributed as a NuGet package. Some analyzers require options to be set. For this purpose, there is special analyzer ROS0003 that report a diagnostic if an analyzer is enabled but the required option is not set. ROS0003 is disabled by default. If you want to configure Roslynator on a user-wide basis you have to use the Roslynator config file. The default configuration file can be used with an extension for Visual Studio or VS Code. -
