JAFG allows changing of the Audio Bitrate, Audio Sampling Rate, Audio Channels, Video Codec, Video Bitrate, Video Size, Aspect, Framerate. JAFG also allows converting to DVD, DV, VCD, SVCD and can be pal, ntsc, film. JAFG allows capture of screenshots and screen recording, and Youtube downloading.
