CAELinux is an installable live (USB) Linux distribution dedicated to open source engineering with a focus on Computer Aided Engineering and Scientific Computing. Based on Ubuntu, it features a ready to use workstation environment for open source product development, makers and scientist with many CAD/CAM/CAE applications for mechanical design, stress analysis, heat transfer, flow simulation and CNC manufacturing / 3D printing as well as electronic design tools and a complete development environment for scientific computing & mathematical modeling. A special focus of CAELinux is to provide simplified interfaces to facilitate the use of specialized open source software while providing high performance parallel multiphysics solvers ready to use for more advanced users. Alignment solver is a utility to solve alignment of Road, Rail or Tunnel. It can handle horizontal and vertical offset alignment , offset in transitions. cant, Import form LANDxml and other formats , exports to Landxml, GSI , Trimble ascii , Inroads ascii etc. The project is under Heavy development. This project is a simple launcher for nanoCAD 5.0 which will start an instance nanoCAD 5.0, automatically close the welcome screen and can be used to open existing documents with nanoCAD 5.0. No installation is required, just download, save wherever you like and run it. Note: Since nanoCAD is a "MDI" application, this launcher start only one instance of nanoCAD.
