Green Planet This musical track is a tribute to the low-budget black-and-white sci-fi films of the 1950s. Three astronauts land on a planet dozens of light-years away. Upon exiting their rocket, they are stunned to find life resembling Earth’s own pre-human past. The planet is blanketed in towering grasses and ferns—a primordial forest stretching to the horizon. Enormous insects dart through the air, while lakes teem with armored fish. In the distance, low, barren cliffs are visible. The astronauts attempt to reach them but soon realize it’s impossible: the dense vegetation blocks their path. Choosing not to interfere with the Green Planet’s evolution, they depart. Yet, as their ship soars over the cliffs, they fail to spot the traces of civilization below. The chance for contact slips away—forever.
