and a year and a half later?.....still money

Comment by The Never Scene

Dude, this track is money!!

Comment by Slime Sound Productions

Love this. The vinyl lends itself well to the 'analog, hurried, and sparse' character of this D&B track. I totally dig it.👍🍺

Comment by BrainBeat

Great DnB track ruined by fake vinyl noise. I personally don't get the point of adding artefacts the like this to a track especially at the levels you had it here which was too high.

nice bookending

Comment by ontrackp

you have a a lot going on and managed to find space for everything which is not easy, so kudos to you, very enjoyable and fun song.

Comment by ontrackp

Wow -- really impressive control over the weird chord sounds.... and overall very engaging and interesting!

Comment by ontrackp

this opening beat hints at something very nice to come

Nice track. Great Sound design!!

Cool start!!

Going out on a limb then: I don't think this great classical style bass melody is very well suited to the lagging feel of a wub approach, esp. when it brightly takes center stage. The muted version worked much better, imo. Loved the interjecting wubs and wublets, though.

Comment by ELEX

Most impressed here ! This take on D&B is just so exquisitely tasteful and musical. And production and sound design sound immaculate.

Comment by Dorgan

Very powerful sound. I like that the bass remains very controlled despite being strong which contrasts nicely with the percussion and lead. It gives the whole mix an interesting dynamic.

Comment by Robert Chavez

The contrast of hard and soft sounds is pretty tasty!

Comment by Robert Chavez

Great bass and bass sound...

Comment by Liqih

great sounds and great mix but it's always the same DnB song

Comment by eraze the borders

Yeah, this must be my favourite part, I like the reduced version of the breakbeat.

A true sond design maestro at work, showing the full potential of Surge. Extremely impressive!

Simply never a dull moment ...ace.

Comment by DoctorBob

Brilliant professionl mix (as we come to expect from a long time OSC-er)

Comment by DoctorBob

A master of sound design show here - so cool.

Comment by SilverPants

super high quality from one of the OSC big hitters. showing how it's done :)

Comment by Zio Mau

never a moment that the song don't capture my entire attention. something always happens....

Comment by NeverBeenInARiot

criminally under-commented; tight, controlled, dark, superb percussion, great lo-fi scratchyness in places, and a wide open mix. One of my favourite tracks this month.

Comment by NeverBeenInARiot

this sounds effing great, superb mix

Comment by NeverBeenInARiot

ooh, that is super nice

Comment by J.Ruegg

the drums are so clean, top work

Comment by Zio Mau

I think you could pull off a professional production just by playing a fork,...a broom... a drainpipe, ...a shoe....

Comment by Cdbaksu

Cool track! I liked the break-beat, the dub basses, and the minimal plucks, good job!
