Major Town is a French Techno DJ producer based in Berlin. Mentoree for the 1st French edition of She Said So x Youtube Music crew selected among 12 women nationally to be part the program supporting young new talents. Her musical accents are diverse and oscillates between Hypnotic, deep and dark vibes. While Major Town has only been curating music for a few years now, her hunger and passion have been the catalyst to start working on her own productions and then, DJing. While her debut EP is in its final stages, she has already released B.T.L (Back To Life) and DEEP FEELING on Astral Records. In 2019, she has launched COME HOME along with Spanish Acid Techno producer Ziel, a Berlin-based Techno & Acid Techno collective that gets back to the roots of the movement, space of tolerance that promotes diversity & minorities. Beyond the love of techno music, COME HOME has been created to tackle any kind of sexism, racism and any bullshit of the kind. Everybody is welcome home. They launched a crowdfunding campaign to support Autopoiesis, the LGBT event promoters’ association that broadcast podcast series for trans/ciswoman DJs & producers. Vinyl & goodies are available and benefits will be donated by the end of the campaign (post-covid) to the collective. Major Town has been mixing for diverse radios in Holland, Mexico, Japan, Germany and has been lately Resident for Blitz Radio based in St Petersburg. Major also gave her voice for one of the Taïwanese Summer Movie's track lucky boy composed by the famous composer Xavier Jamaux, ex member of the French Duo Air. Be safe. Love from Berlin.
