Got inspired by Dune 2 so I wanted to make a track that captured that vibe. This is the first official release under my project Late Bloomer. I've been messing around with producing for a few years now and it feels so great to finally have a track that sounds good enough for an official release! I have been passionate about music all of my life, and I was always so hesitant to start making music, so I decided to put off producing my own stuff for years and only stuck to DJing. The music kept calling me though and eventually I couldn't resist. I had been DJing for about 10 years, and I always thought that it was too late to get in the producer game, but amongst so many other things, the EDM community has taught me one value lesson: it is never too late to start something new. Because of this, I came up with the moniker Late Bloomer. It is not only a name, but also a message. It is never too late to begin a new journey, whatever that journey in your life may be. A big part of why I was hesitant to start was because I never cared about getting big, and starting a project like this always felt like it added the pressure to do so. Music for me was only ever about making cool stuff that I could show to my friends, as well as a chance to give back a tiny little bit to the amazing EDM community that has given me so much in the past ten years. I am so excited to take a big new step on this wonderful journey of music creation, and I appreciate all of your support. Here's to exciting new things in the future, and to never forgetting what this is all about!
