Sometimes Quick Actions Delays Effective Action Sometimes our feelings of urgency drive us act quickly but delay reaching our goals. I am not saying we should put off urgent action. That sort of delay can be deadly. Rather, I am pondering about our tendency to bully others to move things along more quickly. Often this backfires, resulting in conflict and push-back.
