Tikkun i clean up the world you fall in beside me i’ll cover the Wuhan lab you shore up the army i follow the news the news is disaster i’ve given up on my booze to wash the world faster every morning every hour stop at the top of mountains soul care repair it happens this way to each generation the entropy cabaret and reason’s cessation every morning wake up to the truth every hour plenty more to do stop at the top of mountains rest there fresh air every morning wake up to the truth every hour plenty more to do stop at the top of mountains pure prayer up there

Brilliantly reflective lyrics of the current and past chaos of the world...and what a great catchy chorus!

Comment by Bruce Avery

Has sort of an anthem feel, with the big chorus & all. Not easy to do (my big choruses always sound disjointed). And had to search Tikkun – maybe trying to make sense of chaos? (us Baptists just throw up our hands & cuss) Woulda told you you’re overreacting, but last few days had some ‘splainin to do myself – might see you on the mountain….

Comment by The Windscale Blues Experiment

Excellent reflection of the current dystopic world...the mountain top beckons for sure!

Great Tune and totally feeling it --i like the sublties of the lyrics and the somberness of your Tone(guitar and otherwise):)

Comment by BeatDhis

well done. interesting vibe for sure.. I dug the lyrics.. no matter the meaning it made sense to me.

Comment by Steve Low

the entropy cabaret - nice one - very individual song - great work - chords remind of 'Run to you"

Comment by Peter Grimbeek

Lovely stuff, as usual from you.

Comment by Peter Grimbeek

Not sure if the persona in the lyrics is a prayerful soul or your dear leader. That aside, suitably twisty and suffused with a mixture of challenging associations and spiritual advice. Of course, the musical execution will outshine all this again. And no surprise, big clanging hollow notes plus vocal that stretches in various directions to our sonic delight.
