Born and raised in Stonington, Connecticut, Jeff was instilled with a love of music at an early age. Marc Cohn’s self-titled album and Van Morrison’s “Greatest Hits” in Dad’s truck…the Blues Brothers 2000 Soundtrack and Springsteen’s “Nebraska” in the living room… Jeff’s musical style, an eclectic blend of folk and rock influences, is grounded in the songwriting of Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Cat Stevens, and The Beatles. In recent years, writing and performing music has presented Jeff with meaningful opportunities for personal and artistic growth. He’s ever-excited to experience what the next show, the next collaboration, and the next recording session have in store; moreover, he’s excited to share these experiences with friends, family, and listeners. *** Jeff Lewis has performed throughout southern New England and the tri-state area alongside talented musicians: Kyle Behnken (of RBNX), Ben Freiert, Gray Hallberg (of Wooly Mammoth), Brian Merritt & Dave Schena.
