Finalist for ISSA's USA Male Video of the year 2023 "Runaway". K W Hoffman performs original music as well as his renditions of traditional country, southern rock, classic rock, folk. Born and raised in South Arkansas in the 1970's K W Hoffman was inspired by various music of the times and the music being played in the area such as Blues from the delta, country, southern rock and classic rock were just some his influences. While working a full time job, his passion for writing songs led to playing solo acoustic sets in various bars, clubs, private events, coffee houses, etc. He's performed locally, regionally as well as out of state. In March 2007 he performed on ABC's "The Next Best Thing" as a Hank Williams Jr. Impersonator. That same year he recorded an acoustic album of original songs. He won KSSN Radio's "Home Grown Artist" of the week in Feb. 2009 and they played some of his songs on their "Home Grown Country Show" and still do on occasion. He was Runner Up in a jingle contest for Turtle Wax in 2009. He was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2012 and after ten years in remission he returned to music in 2022. He was nominated by the ISSA in 2022 Male vocalist of the year, Song of the year, songwriter of the year and Rising Star. He's back performing and releasing new music.
