Escensy is a duo made up of Sophia's voice and Camilo's guitar experimenting with different styles of music; those of which you can find Jazz & Blues, Bossa Nova, Cumbia, Rock and Hip Hop. For over 8 years the duo has presented their music in festivals and different musical stages throughout Los Angeles such as The House of Blues and The Roxy among others. Escensy's sound is influenced by Camilo's Latin music background Sophia's voice combining a Jazz & Blues flavor with an Urban upbringing. This mix results in a unique and fresh kind of sound. Escensy's mission is to make music that conveys a message and resonates to the listener something that they can relate to, regardless of their age, race, or background. Escensy reúne los sonidos del Jazz y el Blues, el Bossa Nova, la Cumbia, el Rock y el Hip Hop, gracias a las diferentes influencias musicales y nacionalidades de sus integrantes: Sophia, de Estados Unidos y Camilo, colombiano, logran una mezcla única y fresca en la que el ambiente urbano se tiñe de la nostalgia del blues y la fuerza del rock y el hip hop. Por mas de 8 años Escensy ha estado presente en diversos festivales y en diferentes escenarios en Los Angeles, Estados Unidos, como The House of Blues y The Roxy, entre otros, aportando a la escena musical un contundente sonido acústico, íntimo y original.
