Dog Knights Productions proudly reveals their fourth release with legendary avant-garde/noise band Boris and equally revered experimental rock pioneers Coaltar of the Deepers—set to release their split LP, "hello there” on March 24th, 2024. This collaborative masterpiece features Boris' expanded, mesmerisingly spaced-out version of Coaltar of the Deepers' 'Serial Tear’ (Tortoise EP - 2007), alongside Coaltar of the Deepers' stunning interpretation of Boris' ‘Melody' (Noise - 2014). Additionally, "hello there" offers a captivating journey through re-workings of five tracks from both bands' illustrious careers. Boris contributes ‘Luna’ (New Album - 2011) and ‘Quicksilver (Noise - 2014), while Coaltar of the Deepers presents transformative renditions of the three tracks ‘Wipeout’ (Penguin EP - 2004), ‘Waterbird’ (Yukari Telegraph - 2007), ‘Killing Another’ (The Visitors From Deepspace - 1994 // Revenge of the Visitors - 2021).
