Aerobend - Letim by A7 Recording Studio

The song "Letim" (“I’m Flying”) is an original composition by members of the Prlek Aeroclub, dedicated to the memory of club members Jože Gajser and Aljaž Caf, who tragically lost their lives 20 years ago in an aviation accident caused by a technical failure of the motorized hang glider on which Jože, as a flight instructor, and Aljaž, as a student, were learning to fly. The song "Letim" describes the grandeur of flying and the feelings we pilots experience when we are up there, high above everything that burdens and weighs us down on the ground — when we are close to the sun and close to our departed colleagues… Members of Aerobend: Davorin Kurbos – guitar and lead vocals Roman Caf – piano, Hammond organ, backing vocals Mladen Kosi – accordion Stanko Pesrl – bass guitar Anton Kurbos – drums, backing vocals As a special guest of Aerobend, Eva Pesrl also performed – violin and backing vocals.
