Monowave project was conceived in 2007 by Zivko Krsteski from Prilep, R. Macedonia. He's been into music since early childhood. In the beginning he was introduced to the accordion, which he played and studied until high school when he began more interested in synthesizers. He discovers psy-trance music and its magical sound in 2000, immediately before he started playing keyboards and since then he starts following the psy-trance scene more intensively, getting to know it on private and other psy parties. During those years he started playing in rock bands but in 2005 he got the idea of composing his own music and then he starts to explore music-making software and that's how The Hobbit project was born. He takes part in many different projects in various music styles, mainly authored music like progressive rock, a chill out project with Phobos Azazel, an IDM project with Airless Project, a trance collaboration with Hagenith and so on.. He has several releases for various labels like Dark Records, Anarchic Frequencies Records, the chill-out collaboration with Phobos Azazel on his debut album for Lost Theory Records and an unreleased progressive rock album. During the last years he has played on various commercial and private parties, on the Tangra Festival with his ex progressive band etc. His influences are greatly versatile, including Pink Floyd, Ozric Tentacles, and in electronic music Shpongle, Hallucinogen, Phobos Azazel and so on. Humanoid is the latest project which promotes him as a DJ who plays all kinds of psychedelic music such as: psy trance, goa, progressive trance, minimal trance, chill-out music, psybreaks etc etc...
