Singer/songwriter from Salvador city, Brazil, a strong-flavored musical city, salted by Atlantic ocean. Begun his career as a member of a traditional street carnival group called Paroano Sai Milhó, then in 2006 won a most prestigious award dedicated to the sea-lover & mythic songwriter Dorival Caymmi. Blends Brazilian pop, jazz (in a broad sense) & a search for the beautiful healing powers of music. After moving to such an enticing cosmopolitan music scene as São Paulo is, released in 2012 his first singer/songwriter album Humanufaturas (Humanufactories), which was acclaimed by renowned Brazilian pop music critic Zuza Homem de Mello. Now living in Brasília, concluded a long artistic maturing process by releasing in 2022 his second album Mesmo em Zigzag o Rio Chega ao Mar (Even Though Zigzagging River Reaches the Sea), produced by David Feldman, and accompanied by some leading Brazilian virtuosi as Torcuato Mariano, Cláudio Infante, André Vasconcellos & Marcos Suzano.
