Refund policy

You may not receive a refund for any of our products or services because of the nature of our product and digital products (which are downloadable and non-returnable). However, you are welcome to contact us for a review and possible exception if a genuine technical issue resulting from our coding is found. If our code is broken or an updated version of the file is released, we may provide you with the updated version; however, dissatisfaction with the product does not constitute an issue on our end, and any such concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of purchase to be considered for a refund.

The images and text shown in our demo pages may or may not be part of what you receive in the final files. While we do include most of the royalty-free images that we feature in our demo, some images may be omitted. Furthermore, there are no additional premium plugins or any third-entire assets that are provided with any of our premium templates and themes.
