What are account credits?

Account credits are a balance added to your account that you can use over the next 12 months.

How can I access my account credits?

Once signed in, you'll find your account credit total in the top right-hand corner of every page next to your name, and also on the right-hand side of your “private info”tab. The account credits will be automatically recognized during the checkout process.

Do my account credits expire?

Account credits can expire! Make sure that you use them before the listed expiration date (typically within 12 months of purchase). You can extend the expiration date for 30 days from the current date. You'll find a blue link labeled “Extend” under your account credits total on the right-hand corner of your “private info” page. You can also contact us for additional support.

Why purchase account credits?

Account credits allows you to have an available balance to donate when there's a one-day only match announcement or an expiring project you want to support.
