A new, refreshing strategy for working with the hard memories that live in our bodies?   I recently had the opportunity to be hosted and #sponsered for a training with Arise Alliance Institute on Critical Memory Integration (@ariseallianceinstitute). After just my first week of training, I found myself reflecting on the theories behind this modality and I am excited to share that, how many of them already fit seamlessly with the work I do.
