Story Time! So about 4 years ago I had to retire the computer that I learned to gif on back in 2012. Her name was big bertha (I swear she was a 50 pound iMac) and after 10 plus years she could no longer connect to internet and it really was time. I had already gotten a new laptop a few years before this because bertha had started going downhill and I am of the generation that believes you need a computer for things, I just can’t do everything on the phone. Anyway, when bertha got recycled, I had to start giffing on the laptop. I’m not going to lie, I have hated every second of it. Idk if it’s because I learned on a larger computer with a mouse but it was awful. Well the laptop started acting up (9 years right on time) so I said fuck it TREAT YO'SELF. And now I have bertha’s little sister betty and no lie, giffing is so much better. I think the joy is coming back. I actually want to do it. Now unfortunately, my life is super hectic right now so I don’t actually have a lot of time to do it BUT I want to and that feeling has been gone for a hot minute. If you read all of this i love you and under the cut is a picture of bertha and betty :)
