I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to the subway and in the lovely area of Bayswater. It was easy to get to all the main attractions and exciting parts of this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food.

The hotel is conveniently located near two tube stations, making it easy to travel to all the main stations. it is within walking distance of a range of restaurants, ensuring plenty of dining options. The rooms are cozy but nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are renovated and well-kept. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast options are satisfying.
The floor in the bedroom was sloped, causing the bed to slope as well.

Breakfast must be ordered by 9:45 am, no later. One day we missed breakfast. Room small for 2 adults + baby. Weak room wifi.

Great location near Hyde Park and tube. Friendly and efficient staff. Refurbished rooms are excellent. Complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast with a variety of options. Short walk to subway. Good price for the location.

This hotel is such a great find! It offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated in a really lovely part of the city, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with good amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast served is included and offers a nice selection of food.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
