this is not a support app. Worst installation experience. I bought 43 inches Sony TV, they demanded 500 rupees for installation. That person didn't said anything initially but he asked 500 rupees after installation. I really disappointed with the service. I got free installation with LG 55 inches previously even they provided free movable wall mount with premium quality. Even the LG TV with 55" inches cost is half of the Sony TV but way better with servicing experience. worst sony services.

This is not a support app at all, it's just another browser app for Sony's "support" site that doesn't contain any useful information and can't help you. It seems like Sony doesn't have any support at all.
