The latest version of PDF Arranger (1.11.1) doesn't work with Windows 7. The last version to work with Windows 7 is 1.10.0. I believe it is worth adding to the PortableApps collection as a legacy version.

2. Why did you put version 1.9.2 instead of 1.10.0 as Windows 7 legacy?
Removed the link. It was to a discussion in the Legacy Apps thread that's now been removed.
I think I originally tested 1.10.0 on Win7 32-bit, which obviously didn't work, so I went with the version that I knew did. I've updated it to 1.10.0. Thanks for the heads up.
