POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE TABLETA SA PRODUŽENIM DELOVANJEM NA BAZI HIDROKSIPROPIL-METILCELULOZE VELIKE MOLEKULARNE MASE, koje sadrže terapeutski aktivnu lekovitu komponentu i nosač, naznačen time, što se presuje i oblikuje smeša terapeutski aktivne lekovite omponente i nosača koji se sastoji od hidroksipropilmetil-celuloze, sa sadržajem metoksila od 28 do 309 mas.%, hidroksipropoksila od 7,5 do 12 mas.% i prosečnom molskom masom od najmanje 50.000, u količini od oko 20 do oko 40 mas.% tablete, u datom slučaju 10 mas% glicerol ditripalmitostearata i od oko 10 do oko 20 mas% mikrokristalne celuloze i drugih uobičajenih farmaceutski prihvatljivih pomoćnih materija.- Prijava sadrži još 1 zavisan zahtev.PROCESS FOR PREPARING LONG-MOLECULAR HYDROXYPROPYL-METHYLCELLULOSE PROBLEMS WITH EXTENDED ACTION, comprising a therapeutically active drug component containing methoxyl from 28 to 309% by weight, hydroxypropoxyl from 7.5 to 12% by weight and an average molecular weight of at least 50,000, in an amount of from about 20 to about 40% by weight of the tablet, optionally 10% by weight of glycerol ditripalmitostearate and from about 10 to about 20% by weight of microcrystalline cellulose and other customary pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.- The application contains 1 further dependent claim.
