Abstract

POSTOPEK ZA BELJENJE CELULOZE ZA UMETNA VLAKNA BREZ KLORA, za beljenje celuloze za umetna vlakna predlagamo tristopenjski postopek, namreč beljenje s kisikom, ki je v danem primeru kombinirano z beljenjem z vodikovim peroksidom (EOP-stopnja), beljenjem z ozonom (Z-stopnja) ter beljenjem s peroksidom (P-stopnja). V smislu izuma prevedemo vsebnost preostalega kisika v odpadnem zraku Z-stopnje v EOP-stopnji popolnoma do reakcije ter odpadno vodo Z-stopnje uporabimo za razrečenje med EOP-in Z-stopnjo in/ali za odstranitev pepela iz celuloze po beljenju. Pri tem je ugodno, da uravnamo temperaturo, porabo NaOH in razmerje O2/H2O2 v EOP-stopnji tako, da poraba kisika pri konstantni pretvorbi prirejena vsebnosti preostalega kisika v odpadnem plinu Z-stopnje.
