Abstract

Prema postupku za obradu kože i sličnog, zategnuti komadi koža (1) koji treba da se obrade, postavljeni su na odgovarajuće otvorene nosače (2). Ovi nosači (2) sa na njima postavljenim komadima koža, unose se u najmanje jedan sud (4), u kome se održava potpritisak, a koji se hermetički zatvara da bi se u njega uveli odgovarajući tečni rastvori za obradu, tako da se na komadima kože mogu izvesti bar stupnjevi močenja, luženja, nagrizanja, štavljenja i ponovljenog štavljenja. Svaki od tečnih rastvora (5) vrši vrtložno kretanje tokom odgovarajućeg stupnja obrade kože (1). Sud 4 povezan je sa uredjajem za obradu koža koji obuhvata niz rezervoara (12a - 12d) sa izmenjivačima toplote (13a-13d) kojima upravlja upravljački uredjaj (12). Rezervoari (12a-12d) su preko cevi (15a-15d) sa pumpama (16a-16d) povezani sa sudom (4). Izlazna cev (19) suda (4) povezana je ispusnim cevima (22a-22d) sa pripadajućim rezervoarima (23a-23d) za otpadne tečnosti.
