Abstract

Une pointe de pipetage (5) selon l'invention comprend au moins une paroi latérale (7), une extrémité distale (8) et une extrémité proximale (10), la pointe de pipetage (5) étant conçue pour servir de guide de lumière, une lumière d'éclairage (9) émise à partir d'une source de lumière (6) étant couplée dans la pointe de pipetage (5) et étant transmise à l'intérieur de ladite paroi latérale (7), de préférence par réflexion interne, et la lumière d'éclairage (9) s'échappant de la pointe de pipetage (5) au niveau de l'extrémité distale (8). En outre, l'invention concerne un agencement de pointe (2), un système de manipulation de liquide (1) et un procédé d'éclairage d'un échantillon biologique (16).
