Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de surveillance continue des fonctions respiratoires et gastriques à l'aide de dispositifs portables. Chaque dispositif comprend un accéléromètre à trois axes et éventuellement un capteur gyroscopique. Ils sont dotés d'une communication sans fil pour la transmission de données et de moyens de fixation à la peau. Un dispositif de calcul analyse les données à l'aide d'un modèle d'apprentissage automatique pour détecter la toux, la déglutition et la respiration. Le procédé consiste à placer des capteurs sur la peau de la région cricoïde et de la région épigastrique, à filtrer et à transmettre les données, à entraîner le modèle et à tracer la fréquence de toux. Ce système améliore la précision de détection et facilite les interventions médicales précoces, ce qui est bénéfique pour la gestion des maladies chroniques et les soins postopératoires.
