United States Patent Application 20040241259
A topical treatment for functional constipation in humans, wherein active herb encouraging the peristaltic movement of the stomach and the intestines, increasing water secretion is invented by applying an herbal topical preparation inside and/or around the navel. The treatment results in a significant non-invasive relief of functional constipation without discomfort.
Summary of invention
Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the anus and lower rectum that are similar to varicose veins. Hemorrhoids can develop inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids). Also, with increasing age, the probability of having hemorrhoids increases. Although hemorrhoids are painful and unsightly, they are easily preventable and treatable, and because hemorrhoids tend to get worse over time, doctors recommend treating them as soon as they appear. For this reason, in this plan, an ointment has been designed whose ingredients are all from nature and no chemicals have been used in it. To prepare this herbal ointment from the flowering branches of plants (Malva Sylvestris M. Sylvestris species + Portulaca villosa Portulaca species+ Hypericum perforatum H. Perforatum species), olive oil, white grape juice, egg oil, hemp oil, animal bone marrow oil, wheat flour, red grape seed oil, and nigella oil are used.
Technical problem
Currently, the treatment of hemorrhoids is in the form of surgery and laser treatment, and the recovery period of this patient is very long due to the infectiousness of this area, and the consequences of the resulting infections always cause many complications to the patients. Ointments are used to treat disease and eliminate scars and pain, which are made of herbal and chemical compounds but with a lot of research and studies in the field of plants and the benefits of plants and studying for a bachelor's degree in the field of production and exploitation of medicinal and aromatic plants and a master's degree in the field of agricultural engineering and horticultural sciences, specializing in the physiology and breeding of vegetables and to prevent surgery for hemorrhoids, this completely herbal ointment is made from different plants and vegetable oils, and finally, an ointment is prepared for the treatment of hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids, and fissures. These constituent elements exist in the environment, but the analysis and utilization rate is important in terms of expertise. The present invention is generally related to a therapeutic composition and specifically to a composition that is therapeutically effective when applied to inflamed and irritated anal tissues; These tissues, for example, occur in conditions such as hemorrhoids, fissures, itching, and so on. Conditions that include irritation or swelling of the anal tissue are among those that bother people more than others.
In addition to the physical discomfort caused by pain and burning, severe emotional issues and social parasites related to that afflict the person, which forces him to touch and scratch the affected area and this is the same for all patients around the world, and some of the more common cases of this abnormality are hemorrhoids, fissures, and itching.
Solution of problem
Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lower part of the anus and rectum. When these veins are stretched, they will be irritated. Today, many people seek to treat their complications with herbal medicines and traditional medical methods because this technique is mostly without complications, has low cost, and can be easily implemented at home. Thus, I plan to prepare an herbal ointment which can be used for 20 days to achieve a complete recovery.
The ingredients used in this herbal ointment are as follows:
The flowering branch of Malva Sylvestris
Malva, with the scientific name Malva Sylvestris, is called Khabazi in Arabic. It is an herbaceous plant, up to 60 cm high and stable. It grows as a wild flower in many places, and is also cultivated for use. This plant can be used in the treatment of hemorrhoids to prevent the infection of wounds.
The flowering branch of Purslane
Purslane, with the scientific name Portulaca, is a genus of annual fleshy herbaceous purslane widespread on Earth with 40 to 100 species that have spoon-shaped leaves, red stems, and flowers that bloom in sunlight. Moreover, this plant has good resistance to drought. Purslane is effective for relieving heartburn, treating hemorrhoids and anal fistula (hemorrhoids). For reasons such as severe constipation, the fistula first appears as a purulent abscess next to the anus, and after the pus is removed, it remains as a hole.
The flowering branch of St John's wort (Hypericum perforatum)
Oil made from Hypericum perforatum is used topically to heal wounds and other skin conditions such as eczema and hemorrhoids.
Egg oil Egg oil reduces skin inflammation. Egg oil can treat skin inflammations which occur due to injury or infections. Egg yolk oil is an excellent source of protein. Egg yolk is rich in vitamins, such as E, K, D, B12, B1 , and B6. As well, egg yolk contains folic acid, calcium, iron, copper, and zinc. The presence of carotenoids in egg yolk, which acts as an antioxidant, is very effective for eye health.
Olive oil
Olive is a plant that has numerous properties. Using it locally in the anus softens the area and prevents itching.
Hemp oil
Cannabis is a good source of essential and unsaturated fatty acids, and hemp oil can also improve the levels of essential fatty acids in the blood for those with eczema. It also relieves dry skin and improves itching.
Grapeseed Oil
The main chemical components of grapeseed oil are: linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, vitamin E and beta-carotene.
Linoleic acid (omega 6) facilitates wound healing with its properties. Palmitic acid has softening properties. Stearic acid has cleaning properties and increases the storage time of products. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties which heals burned skin and wounds. Medicinally, grape seed oil increases blood circulation under the skin and reduces varicose veins, anal fissures, and skin cellulite.
Nigella Sativa
Nigella is rich in polyphenols and tocopherols, and its oil contains linoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic acids. The mentioned compounds have high antioxidant and wound and burn healing properties, as well as antiseptic and antibacterial properties.
To prepare this herbal ointment, at first, the flowering branches of the plants (Malva Sylvestris M. Sylvestris species + Portulaca villosa Portulaca species+ Hypericum perforatum H. Perforatum species) are crushed in the amount of 50 grams each, mixed with 500 grams of olive oil and 250 grams of white grape juice and placed in a dark environment (without light) for 15 days. We stir the mixture twice a day to prevent it from getting moldy. After 15 days, filter the mixture and add 4 eggs (farm eggs) oil. Then, add 10 grams of hemp oil, 20 grams of animal bone marrow oil, two spoons of wheat flour, 20 grams of red grape seed oil, and 20 grams of nigella oil to our mixture and mix for 5 to 10 minutes until the ingredients are uniform. Finally, the ointment is ready for use. Advantage effects of invention
1. It is completely herbal and its elements are abundant in nature and are accessible.
2. It can be available to people as a soothing cream/ointment without a doctor's prescription
3. It does not have the consequences of surgery and LASIK
4. Gradually, while improving the position and the injury, it causes the completion of the skin layers and complete sedation
5. This method of herbal treatment is low-cost, without complications and safe
6. It is possible to use this herbal ointment easily at home
Examples
To treat the desired area for the treatment of hemorrhoids, an applicator is used and the ointment is inserted into the anus, for a course of treatment of this disease, it should be used for 20 days, twice a day and night, and each time with an interval of 12 hours (50 mg each time).
Industrial applicability
By using this ointment, there is no need to use ointments that are composed of chemicals, and also because of the use of different plants and plant oils in the preparation of this ointment, it will not have any therapeutic side effects or adverse effects on the human body and to use it for hemorrhoids, it prevents surgery for hemorrhoids, and it can be prepared in all medical centers, hospitals, pharmacies, and even used at home.
