Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour un système de production d'électricité comprenant une structure, placée dans une masse de fluides dans laquelle la hauteur des fluides fluctue. La présente invention comprend : une première structure de guidage reliée à ladite structure et conçue pour guider le mouvement d'une bouée créé par lesdits fluides fluctuants, ladite bouée étant reliée à un poids par l'intermédiaire d'un câble ou d'une chaîne, ledit mouvement de poids étant guidé par une seconde structure de guidage ; un mécanisme de roue libre qui est situé de sorte que ledit câble ou ladite chaîne permette son activation ; un volant d'inertie qui est relié mécaniquement audit mécanisme de roue libre, ce qui permet audit mécanisme de roue libre d'activer ledit volant d'inertie ; un générateur électrique qui est relié mécaniquement audit volant d'inertie, ce qui permet audit volant d'inertie d'activer ledit générateur.
