本发明公开了一种铁路车辆轮对径向装置及其转向架。轮对径向装置由前后两个副构架与两交叉布置的连接杆通过圆销销接构成,副构架为U型结构,副构架横向臂中部下沉形成凹面结构;副构架横向臂设置有连接杆安装面,用于安装连接杆;连接杆交叉布置,端部位于连接杆安装面并通过圆销销接;转向架包括轮对及轴承、摇枕组成、侧架组成、基础制动装置和轮对径向装置,采用上述轮对径向装置,连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧,转向架中心销插入摇枕组成的深度≥160mm。本发明不仅保证了良好的运行稳定性和优良的曲线通过性能等优点,也满足转向架可适应不同基础制动装置的配装,提高了转向架的适配性和通用性。

Description

一种铁路车辆轮对径向装置及其转向架 技术领域
本发明属于铁路车辆设计技术领域,尤其属于铁路车辆转向架设计技术领域,具体涉及一种能适应不同基础制动装置的轮对径向装置及其转向架。
背景技术
副构架式径向转向架是我国铁路货车主型转向架之一,主要是由两个副构架和两根连接杆通过销接而成的轮对径向装置耦合前后轮对的运动,使转向架具有较大的抗剪刚度和较小的抗弯刚度。其直线运行时车辆具备良好的运行稳定性,曲线运行时车辆具备优良的曲线通过性能等优点,备受用户青睐。
国内现有铁路货车副构架式径向转向架为满足车辆下部限界要求、基础制动装置的布置空间,同时考虑摇枕设计布局和结构紧凑性,一般采用连接杆贯穿摇枕,杠杆制动装置放置在摇枕下方的结构。该技术方案存在较难兼顾集成制动装置的问题。
专利申请ZL201210180507.0一种副构架径向转向架和专利申请ZL202122471669.7一种适应多种基础制动装置的副构架式径向转向架公开了不同的副构架径向转向架,两种转向架轮对径向装置中的连接杆交叉贯穿摇枕组装孔且位于基础制动装置下方,该技术方案不仅限制了转向架中心销插入摇枕的深度,插入深度一般为70mm~100mm,同时运用过程中增加了车辆与转向架分离的风险;而且两种副构架式径向转向架不能同时兼顾装配杠杆制动装置和集成制动装置。
随着铁路货车技术的发展,集成制动装置的应用也越来越广泛。现有副构架式径向转向架因其固有的结构特点,只能配装杠杆制动装置或集成制动装置,为提高副构架式径向转向架的适应性,实现基础制动装置的模块化换装,需要研究副构架式径向转向架结构布局,设计更优异的径向转向架,提升径向转向架兼容性,实现技术升级换代。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足公开了一种铁路车辆轮对径向装置及其转向架。本发明目的是提供一种具有更好兼容性、性能优异的能适应不同基础制动装置的轮对径向装置及其转向架。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明首先公开了一种铁路车辆轮对径向装置,轮对径向装置由前后两个副构架与两交叉布置的连接杆通过圆销销接构成,其特征在于:所述副构架为U型结构,副构架横向臂中部下沉形成凹面结构;副构架横向臂设置有连接杆安装面,用于安装连接杆;连接杆交叉布置,端部位于连接杆安装面并通过圆销销接。
本发明进一步公开了一种铁路车辆转向架,包括轮对及轴承、摇枕组成、侧架组成、基础制动装置和轮对径向装置,其特征在于:采用上述轮对径向装置,连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧,转向架中心销插入摇枕组成的深度大于等于160mm。
进一步所述副构架横向臂内侧、与弯臂结合部设置基础制动装置安全链安装座,通过紧固件将安全链固定安全链安装座上。
进一步所述摇枕组成的摇枕组装孔为高截面矩形结构,连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧。
本发明所述副构架横向臂中部下沉形成凹面结构,其断面呈等腰梯形结构,下凹深度32mm,上底宽度300mm,下底宽度425mm,凹面上、下底两端与副构架横向臂圆弧光滑连接。该下沉空间能有效避免转向架换瓦时基础制动装置拉杆/闸调器与副构架横向臂中心上平面干涉。
采用本发明轮对径向装置,所述基础制动装置可以选择杠杆制动装置或集成制动装置。
本发明轮对径向装置及其转向架具有以下优点:
摇枕组装孔采用高截面矩形结构和副构架横向臂下沉结构,创新采用连接杆和基础制动装置贯穿摇枕组装孔且连接杆位于基础制动装置下方的结构,使其适应配装杠杆制动装置和集成制动装置,提高转向架的通用性,实现模块化换装,利于转向架技术升级。
连接杆位于基础制动装置下方,转向架中心销插入深度不再受连接杆垂向位置限制,增加了中心销插入深度,提高了车辆运行过程中的安全性。
副构架设置基础制动装置安全链安装座,通过紧固件将安全链固定在副构架设置的安全链安装座上,防止车辆运行过程中基础制动装置脱落的风险。
副构架横向臂中心设置下凹结构,其断面呈等腰梯形结构,避免转向架换瓦时基础制动装置与副构架横向臂中心上平面干涉。
本发明不仅保证了副构架式径向转向架良好的运行稳定性和优良的曲线通过性能等优点,也满足转向架可适应不同基础制动装置的配装,提高了转向架的适配性和通用性。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明,具体实施方式是对本发明原理的进一步说明,不以任何方式限制本发明,与本发明相同或类似技术均没有超出本发明保护的范围。

如图7所示,图7为现有铁路货车副构架式径向转向架,主要由轮对及轴承、摇枕组成、侧架组成、基础制动装置和轮对径向装置等部件组成。
图1至图6为本发明轮对径向装置及其转向架基本结构,由轮对及轴承、摇枕组成、侧架组成、基础制动装置和轮对径向装置等部件组成。其中,轮对径向装置由前后两个副构架与两交叉布置的连接杆通过圆销销接构成。
副构架为U型结构,副构架横向臂中部下沉,增加连接杆上平面与车轴中心线垂向距离,利于布置连接杆和基础制动装置。
副构架横向臂设置有连接杆安装面,用于安装连接杆。
连接杆交叉布置,端部放置在连接杆安装面并通过圆销销接。
连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧,提高轮对径向装置与基础制动装置的适配性。
摇枕组装孔为高截面矩形结构,不仅满足连接杆和不同基础制动装置的安装,同时能确保在任何工况下摇枕、连接杆和基础制动装置不发生干涉。
基础制动装置为杠杆制动装置或集成制动装置。
副构架横向臂中心设置为下凹结构,其断面呈等腰梯形结构,能够有效避免转向架换瓦时基础制动装置与副构架横向臂中心上平面干涉。副构架两侧均设置有基础制动装置安全链安装座,安装座为U型结构,通过紧固件将安全链固定在安装座上,防止车辆行车过程中制动梁脱落的风险。
连接杆放置在基础制动下侧,中心销插入深度不再受连接杆垂向位置限制,中心销插入深度160mm,提高了车辆运行过程中的安全性。
该转向架突破常规径向转向架结构,充分考虑车辆限界,通过增加摇枕组装孔截面高度、降低副构架横向臂垂向高度以及横向臂中心采用下凹结构,使轮对径向装置的连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,且创新使用连接杆置于基础制动装置下侧结构,使其满足转向架能配装目前主流运用的不同基础制动装置。该转向架在配装车体时,无须对既有车体进行改造,可实现转向架整机互换,不仅提高了检修效率,同时节约了改造成本,提升了运输经济性。

  1. 一种铁路车辆轮对径向装置,轮对径向装置由前后两个副构架与两交叉布置的连接杆通过圆销销接构成,其特征在于:所述副构架为U型结构,副构架横向臂中部下沉形成凹面结构;副构架横向臂设置有连接杆安装面,用于安装连接杆;连接杆交叉布置,端部位于连接杆安装面并通过圆销销接。
  2. 一种铁路车辆转向架,包括轮对及轴承、摇枕组成、侧架组成、基础制动装置和轮对径向装置,其特征在于:采用权利要求1所述的轮对径向装置,连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧,转向架中心销插入摇枕组成的深度大于等于160mm。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铁路车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述副构架横向臂内侧、与弯臂结合部设置基础制动装置安全链安装座,通过紧固件将安全链固定安全链安装座上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的铁路车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述摇枕组成的摇枕组装孔为高截面矩形结构,连接杆和基础制动装置均贯穿摇枕组装孔,连接杆位于基础制动装置下侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的铁路车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述副构架横向臂中部下沉形成凹面结构,其断面呈等腰梯形结构,凹面上、下底两端与副构架横向臂圆弧光滑连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的铁路车辆转向架,其特征在于:所述基础制动装置为杠杆制动装置或集成制动装置。
