Abstract

A system for a personal training includes an electromyography (EMG) sensor, a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory has instructions stored thereon, which when executed by the processor, cause the system to: receive a first dataset including EMG data and/or accelerometer data from a first user; train a machine learning network using the first dataset to generate a preferred training condition; detect, by the sensor, EMG data and/or accelerometer data from a second user; determine, based on the detected EMG data and/or accelerometer data from the second user, a second dataset corresponding to a training action by the second user; and determine, based on a comparison of the preferred training condition with the second dataset, a recommended training condition for the second user.
