DISH, FRUIT, VEGETABLE WASHING AND STERILIZATION DEVICE
Technical Field
The invention relates to the process of washing-drying dishes, fruits and vegetables, used in the kitchens of houses, cafes, restaurants, workplaces, caravans, containers, boats, residences and apartments, as well as the sterilization of all kinds of tools and equipment in beauty salons and in the field of health.
The invention, particularly relates to a device that allows washing of dishes and fruits- vegetables in the sink on the counter, as well as all kinds of tools and equipment in different areas without touching by hand.
State of the Art
Today, sinks, which are available in homes, workplaces and cafes or restaurants, are cylindrical or box-shaped, fixed vessels with water drains, mounted on the kitchen counter, designed for washing by putting dishes, vegetables and fruits in them.
In the current applications, dishwashing is carried out by two methods. In the first method, dishes are washed by hand in the sink, and in the second method, they are washed in dishwashers. In the first method, while washing the dishes, energy consumption is made for a high amount of water, detergent and hot water without noticing, and during the washing, the water or detergent water spreads around, causing the whole area close to the washing place to get wet and the detergent water is discharged without filtering. In addition, the hand washing process is quite laborious, causing loss of time and labor and irritation in the hands. There are also problems in the use of dishwashers, which is the second method. Due to the fact that the amount of dishes that occur daily is generally small except for special cases, the dishes are collected for the use of the dishwasher and operated after the machine is full. The accumulation process can take two, three days or even a week for small families. In this case, the food residues present on spoons, plates, pots, cups, etc. placed in the dishwasher dry out and adhere more strongly on these utensils to be washed. This causes the dishwasher to be operated for a long time to remove debris or stains from the utensils, causing energy losses. In case of low amount of dishes, the generally preferred process is the first method, hand washing. In this case, the above-mentioned losses occur. In addition, in some dishwashers, the water is not discharged directly during washing, but it is recirculated and washed with dirty water for hours and this dirty water is sent to the drain later from the reservoir where it is located. In the meantime, some food particles remain in the chamber and this causes the proliferation of various microorganisms and the formation of odors in the dishwasher in the future. It also poses a health hazard. Another issue, during the washing of fruits and vegetables in sinks, a high percentage of water is consumed. This amount of water is an average of 12 tons of water per year in a house. Especially greens, vegetables such as spinach need to be washed under a running tap to remove them from the soil, which leads to serious water waste. For this reason, there is a need in the state of the art for a device that eliminates the drawbacks experienced during the washing of dishes, vegetables and fruits.
An example of the state of the art in the research conducted in the literature is document KR20080033366. The said document relates to a device that washes fruits and vegetables. This device basically includes a washing cage, at least one spraying element that sprays water into the washing cage, a rotating mechanism that rotates the washing cage and a water pump. In the said invention, a device is described that allows only fruits and vegetables to be washed
Another example of the state of the art is document CN108552792. The said document relates to a dishwasher containing a fruit and vegetable washing section. Both vegetables and fruits and dirty kitchen utensils are washed with the said machine. However, this dishwasher is a traditional type of dishwasher, which allows vegetables and fruits to be washed at the same time as the dishes. This causes the cleaning chemical to come into contact with fruits and vegetables.
Therefore, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions made it necessary to make an improvement in the relevant technical field.
Object of the Invention
The present invention relates to a washing and sterilization device for dishes, fruits, vegetables, which eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above and provides new advantages to the respective technical field. The main object of the invention is to provide a device that allows untouched washing of dishes and fruits and vegetables in the sink on the counter without touching by hand, as well as all kinds of tools and equipment in different fields.

Another object of the invention is to provide a device that prevents users from having to have the trouble of sorting or removing dishes by bending over as in dishwashers, by means of the fact that the dish arrangement is made in a portable basket.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that allows the basket with the washed dishes to be removed from the sink, left to dry on the counter, and then other dishes lined up in the spare basket are placed in the sink and washed.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that eliminates the difficulty of removing coarse dirt from the dishes with tap water, which is one of the difficulties experienced in dishwashers, by ensuring that a small number of dishes are washed in a practical way without waiting.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can be removed and placed on the kitchen counter and can be used wherever there is a dish, fruit and vegetable washing process.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can be used for different purposes and applications such as softening, humidification, etc. by generating water vapor.
Another objecti of the invention is to provide a device that allows the cleaning process to be carried out with natural antimicrobial agents such as water vapor or vinegar without the use of detergents for the sterilization of fruits and vegetables. Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can use water vapor properties in bain-marie style applications.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can use pressurized hot water vapor in the sterilization process of instruments and equipment contaminated with microorganisms.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that allows the space reserved for dishwasher in kitchens to be used for different purposes and to save space by using it in the sink.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can be disassembled and installed on the countertop.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that can be used only with the principle of water pressure and temperature without detergent.
Another object of the invention is to provide a device that provides complete sterilization with UV rays of instruments used in hairdressers, barbershops, beauty salons, laboratories in the field of health by installing an ultraviolet (UV) lamp in the device.
To achieve all the objectives mentioned above and those that can be derived from the detailed description, the invention is a device used in the kitchen counters of houses, cafes, restaurants, workplaces, caravans, containers, boats, residences and apartments and enables the washing of dishes and fruits and vegetables, as well as all kinds of tools and equipments in different areas without touching by hand; the said device comprises the following: a sink positioned in the counter and in which dishes, fruits and vegetables are washed, a first cover on which chemicals such as vinegar, anti-scale additive are placed on the device, a second cover, on which detergent for washing dishes is placed on the device, at least one digital screen on the device in which the opening, closing and washing modes of the device are controlled, at least one sliding cover, which is connected to the outside of the sink and closed sliding on the sink between the sliding cover rail, preventing the dispersion of pressurized water during the washing of dishes, vegetables and fruits, a moving side cover, which is opened and closed by means of the moving mechanism next to the sink and prevents water from coming out while the device is closed and the sink is being washed, a water tank located next to the sink and providing storage of mains water, vinegar and anti-scaling substances, a detergent water tank next to the sink that provides storage of mains water and detergent, a nozzle unit bottom having second nozzles that spray pressurized water and chemicals and detergent water on dishes, fruits and vegetables by going back and forth through the moving holder in the sink, a second detergent pipe, which is located on the nozzle unit bottom and allows the detergent water to be distributed to the second nozzles, a second water pipe on the nozzle unit bottom, which allows the softened water to be distributed to the second nozzles, a detergent water inlet, which is located on the nozzle unit bottom and allows the transfer of water from the detergent water tank to the second detergent pipe, a water inlet, which is located on the nozzle unit bottom and allows the transfer of softened water to the second detergent pipe, a nozzle unit top with first nozzles that spray pressurized water, detergent water, etc. on dishes, fruits and vegetables by going back and forth through the moving holder in the sink, a first detergent pipe, which is located on the nozzle unit top and allows the detergent water to be distributed to the first nozzles, a first water pipe on the nozzle unit top, which allows the softened water to be distributed to the first nozzles, a water pipe elbow, which is located on the nozzle unit top and allows the softened water to go to the first water pipe, a detergent pipe elbow, which is located on the nozzle unit top and allows the detergent water to go to the first detergent pipe, a bottom cover and a top cover, which move up and down by means of a moving mechanism to prevent water from coming out during the use of the sink, a first pump mechanism, which allows the water in the water tank to go to the nozzle unit bottom and nozzle unit top in a pressurized manner, a salt water reservoir where salt water is stored, a resin reservoir, where mains water is softened, a detergent tank softened water outlet pipe, which allows the softened water in the resin reservoir to go to the detergent water tank, a resistor that heats the water in the water tank and the mixing water in the resin reservoir, a second pump mechanism, which allows the detergent water in the detergent water tank to go to the nozzle unit bottom and nozzle unit top and works with the fifth motor, a mixer that mixes water and detergent in the detergent water tank and works by means of a fourth motor, main card unit with central processing unit (CPU) that commands and controls the operating regime of the device, power unit that regulates electrical energy of the device.
The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all its advantages will be understood more clearly by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures. For this reason, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the device, which is the subject matter of the invention, are described only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.
In Figure 1 , the general view of the device subject to the invention is given. Accordingly, the device in its most basic form comprises a sink (1) positioned in a counter (2). The sink (1) seen in Figure 2 is the section where dishes, fruits and vegetables are washed.
On the device, there is a first cover (3) where chemicals such as vinegar and lime remover are placed, and a second cover (4) for dishwashing detergent.
As can be seen in Figure 3, there is a sink lug (11) on the sink (1) that allows the device to be mounted and dismounted under the counter (2).
There is at least one digital screen (6) on the device on which the opening, closing and washing modes of the device are controlled.
Inside the sink (1) there is at least one grate (7) that allows the dishes, vegetables, and fruits to be placed.
As can be seen in Figure 3, there is at least one sliding cover (5) in the moving structure, preferably on the side of the device. The said sliding cover (5) is closed sliding on the sink (1) between the sliding cover rail (15) connected to the outside of the sink (1) and shown in Figure 4, preventing the pressurized water from dispersing around during the washing of dishes, vegetables and fruits. Sliding cover rail (15) acts as bearing for the sliding cover (5) during opening and closing.
Next to the sink (1), there is a moving side cover (18) that prevents water from coming out when the device is in the closed position and washing is done into the sink (1). The opening and closing movement of these moving side covers (18) is provided by the moving mechanism (13). The moving mechanism (13) works through the moving arm (14) associated with it. The moving arm (14) is driven by the second motor (17) shown in Figure 5 and is driven by a second moving screw shaft (30) passing through it, as shown in Figure 8. The said second moving screw shaft (30) makes a rotational motion by means of the second motor (17). As can be seen in Figure 5, there is a water tank (22) next to the sink (1) that provides for the storage of mains water, vinegar and anti-scale substances and a detergent water tank (23) that provides for the storage of mains water and detergent.
Nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) are arranged in the sink (1 ) and they spray pressurized water, detergent water, etc. on dishes, fruits and vegetables by going back and forth. The back and forth movement of the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) parts in sink (1) as shown in Figure 6 is achieved by means of the moving holder (24). The said moving holder (24) is moved on the first moving screw shaft (19), which makes a rotational motion by means of the first motor (16).
The nozzle unit bottom (25) and the nozzle unit top (26) are mounted on fixed shafts (12) and move back and forth precisely by means of fixed shafts (12).
The water, water with vinegar or anti-scale additive in the water tank (22) and detergent water tank (23) are distributed to the pipes associated with the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) by means of the fluid distributor (27) shown in Figure 7.
When the device of the invention is not in operation, outflow of water during the use of the sink (1) is prevented by means of a bottom cover (28) and a top cover (29) moving up and down by 90°as shown in Figure 8. The said b ottom cover (28) and top cover (29) are connected to the moving mechanism (13).
By means of the first pump mechanism (41 ) seen in Figure 9, the water in the water tank (22) goes to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) under pressure. Salt water inlet (42) allows salt and water to enter the salt water reservoir (40). The salt water reservoir (40), seen in Figure 10, is the section where salt water is stored. The resin reservoir (38) is the section where the mains water is softened. The softened water in the resin reservoir (38) goes to the detergent water tank (23) through the detergent tank softened water outlet pipe (39).
The salt water in the salt water reservoir (40) enters the resin reservoir (38) in a controlled manner with the solenoid controlled salt water resin reservoir inlet (37). The water in the water tank (22) and the mixing water in the resin reservoir (38) are heated by the resistor (35). The heated water goes to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) via the first pump mechanism (41) driven by the third motor (36) and the gear mechanism (31) on the third motor (36). It is ensured that substances such as vinegar, citric acid and anti-scale additive put from the first cover (3) are transported to the water tank (22) via the vinegar lemon salt inlet (32). The water in the water tank (22) and water with vinegar or anti-scale additive goes from the second solenoid controlled fluid outlet (34) to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26). The entrance of the mains water to the water tank (22) is provided by the first solenoid controlled fluid outlet (33).
Detergent water in the detergent water tank (23) is made to go to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and the nozzle unit top (26) via the second pump mechanism (49), shown in Figure 11. The second pump mechanism (49) works with the fifth motor (44). The water and detergent in the detergent water tank (23) are mixed by the mixer (47) working by the fourth engine (43). Detergent water in the detergent water tank (23) goes to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) from the solenoid controlled detergent water outlet (45). The softened water from the resin reservoir (38) through the detergent tank softened water outlet pipe (39) enters the detergent water tank (23) through the softened water inlet (46).
The detergent is made to enter the detergent water tank (23) in a controlled manner by means of a float (48).
As can be seen in Figures 12 and 13, the nozzle cap (50) that prevents water accumulation on the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) is closed.
The nozzle unit top (26) has first nozzles (51) that allow water to enter the sink (1) under pressure. The nozzle unit top (26) is mounted on the moving holder (24) by means of the first roller (52). On the nozzle unit top (26) there is the first detergent pipe (56), which allows the detergent water to be distributed to the first nozzles (51), the first water pipe (55), which allows the softened water to be distributed to the first nozzles (51), the water pipe elbow (54) that allows the softened water to go to the first water pipe (55), detergent pipe elbow (53), which allows the detergent water to go to the first detergent pipe (56)
The nozzle unit bottom (25) has second nozzles (57) that allow the water to enter the sink (1) under pressure. The nozzle unit bottom (25) is attached to the moving holder (24) by means of second roller (58). On the nozzle unit bottom (25), there is the second detergent pipe (62), which allows the detergent water to disperse to the second nozzles (52), second water pipe (61) to distribute the softened water to the second nozzles (52), a detergent water inlet (60) that provides the transfer of water from the detergent water tank (23) to the second detergent pipe for the (62), and a water inlet (59) that provides the transfer of softened water to the second detergent pipe (62).
The main card unit (63), which is seen in Figure 14 and controls and commands the operating regime of the device of the invention, has a central processing unit (CPU). The necessary electrical energy regulation of the device is provided by the power unit (64). Power unit protection (8) covers the main card unit (63) and power unit (64) to protect it from external factors. Protection front cover (9) and rear protection (65) protect the mechanical part from external factors by providing sealing. There is motor protection (10) on the protection front cover (9)
With the filter (66) under the sink (1), the exit of food wastes is prevented and detergent is removed from the drain by separating water and grinding small particles.
By means of the holder (67) seen in Figure 15, the sink (1) can be mounted and dismounted under the counter by using bolts nuts and under the counter (2).
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, there may be accessories such as a dish sorting basket, cutlery basket, fruit and vegetable washing strainer inside the sink (1). The device can also be used without detergent with the principle of water pressure and temperature only.
The device size is not standard, it can be designed in small, medium and large sizes to fit on the counter of every house.
In order to minimize the release of detergent to the environment, a special detergent holder filter can be installed on the drain pipe.
A water circulation system can be used in the sink (1) for saving water. Additional sinks (1) can be made on the side of the sink (1). Drying feature can be added to the device
The operating principle of the device of the invention is as follows;
After the dishes or fruits and vegetables are placed in the grate (7), the button on the digital screen (6) is pressed and the second motor (17) starts to work and the second moving screw shaft (30) turns. As the second moving screw shaft (30) rotates, the moving arm (14) moves forward, during which the bottom cover (28) rotates 90°upwards and the top cover (29) downwards 90°. While completing the bottom cover (28) and top cover (29) movement to 90° it also enables the bottom cover ( 28) and top cover (29) moving mechanism (13) to move. Meanwhile, the moving side covers (18) connected to the moving mechanism (13) move, two of them move downwards and the other two upwards, allowing the channels on the sink (1) to be opened. As soon as this process is started, the water, which is taken from the city network and softened by passing through the resin reservoir (38), is activated to warm the softened water at the desired temperature by opening the resistor (35), and the water reaches the desired temperature. When the softened water reaches the desired temperature, the first motor (16) starts to work and causes the first moving screw shaft (19) to rotate. The moving holder (24) connected to the first moving screw shaft (19) moves forward and the nozzle unit top (25) and nozzle unit bottom (26) move forward. In the meantime, the second solenoid controlled fluid outlet (34) opens, the third motor operates (36) and allows the first pump mechanism (41) to move and the fluid heated in the water tank (22) goes to the nozzle unit top (25) and nozzle unit bottom (26). Flowing water at high pressure passes through the fluid pipe (20) and disperses into the water pipe elbow (54) water inlet (59). Then, passing through the first water pipe (55) and second water pipe (61), high pressure fluid from each first nozzle (51) and second nozzle (57) is sprayed onto the dishes in the sink (1). This process continues until one round of the nozzle unit top (25) and nozzle unit bottom (26) is completed and the pre-washing process takes place. When the pre-wash process is done, the second pump mechanism (49) works and the detergent fluid is distributed from the detergent flow pipe (21 ) to the detergent pipe elbow (53) and the detergent water inlet (60). Then, passing through the first detergent pipe (56) and the second detergent pipe (62), high pressure fluid from the first nozzles (51) and second nozzles (57) is sprayed onto the dishes in the sink (1). When the detergent completes its fluid cycle, the heated fluid is sprayed on the dishes at high pressure from the first nozzles (51) and second nozzles (57) by providing the forward movement of the nozzle unit top (25) and nozzle unit bottom (26) and rinsing takes place. Fluid or detergent fluid in the sink (1 ) is discharged out of the drain through the filter (48).
The software operating principle of the device, which is the subject matter of the invention, is as follows;
Sliding cover (5) lock control is performed. Sensor data is read according to the program selected by the user from the digital screen (6). According to the relevant sensor data, it is checked whether the system is ready for the operation of the device. If the system is not ready, error information is sent to the digital screen (6) and warning information is displayed on the digital screen (6). If the system is ready, the washing process starts. If any error occurs during washing, error information is sent to the digital screen (6). If the washing is successful, a message is sent to the digital screen (6) informing the washing process is finished and the cover is unlocked. The user is warned audible and visually. The control algorithm flow chart of the device subject to the invention is shown in figure 16.
The operating principle of the electronic control card of the device, which is the subject of the invention, is as follows;
The power unit (64) with power filters and protection circuit converts the 220V AC mains voltage to the DC voltage suitable for the device. The resulting DC voltage provides the necessary energy for the operation of the main card unit (63) and the digital screen (6). The main card unit (63) with a central processing unit (CPU) comprises some peripheral interfaces such as communication modules (Bluetooth, mobile, loT/IP), DC motors, sensors, valves, resistors (35). The main card unit (63) exchanges data with the digital screen (6) as well as with mobile and loT/IP communication modules using appropriate communication protocols. As a result of this communication, the preferences of the user come to the main card unit (63) and the main card unit (63) sends commands to other peripheral units. According to the program selected by the user, the main card unit (63) controls and commands the operating regime of the device and ensures the washing process to take place. Main card unit (63) informs the user on the digital screen (63) after the washing process is finished and unlocks the cover.

Claims

1. A device for washing dishes, fruits and vegetables used in the kitchen counters (2) of houses, cafes, restaurants, workplaces, caravans, containers, boats, residences and apartments, as well as all kinds of tools and equipment without touching by hand, the device comprises the following: a sink (1) positioned in the counter (2) and in which dishes, fruits and vegetables are washed, a first cover (3) on which chemicals such as vinegar, anti-scale additive are placed on the device, a second cover (4) on which detergent for washing dishes is placed on the device, at least one digital screen (6) on the device in which the opening, closing, and washing modes of the device are controlled, at least one sliding cover (5), which is connected to the outside of the sink (1 ) and closed sliding on the sink (1) between the sliding cover rail (15), preventing the dispersion of pressurized water during the washing of dishes, vegetables and fruits, a moving side cover (18), which is opened and closed by means of the moving mechanism (13) next to the sink (1) and prevents water from coming out while the device is closed and washing is being done in the sink (1), a water tank (22) located next to the sink (1) and providing storage of mains water, vinegar and anti-scaling substances, a detergent water tank (23) next to the sink (1 ) that provides storage of mains water and detergent, a nozzle unit bottom (25) having second nozzles (57) that spray pressurized water and chemicals and detergent water on dishes, fruits and vegetables by going back and forth through the moving holder (24) in the sink (1 ), a second detergent pipe (62), which is located on the nozzle unit bottom (25) and allows the detergent water to be distributed to the second nozzles (52), a second water pipe (61) on the nozzle unit bottom (25), which allows the softened water to be distributed to the second nozzles (52), a detergent water inlet (60), which is located on the nozzle unit bottom (25) and allows the transfer of water from the detergent water tank (23) to the second detergent pipe (62), a water inlet (59), which is located on the nozzle unit bottom (25) and allows the transfer of softened water to the second detergent pipe (62), a nozzle unit top (26) with first nozzles (51) that spray pressurized water, detergent water, etc. on dishes, fruits and vegetables by going back and forth through the moving holder (24) in the sink (1), a first detergent pipe (56), which is located on the nozzle unit top (26) and allows the detergent water to be distributed to the first nozzles (51), a first water pipe (55) on the nozzle unit top (26), which allows the softened water to be distributed to the first nozzles (51), a water pipe elbow (54), which is located on the nozzle unit top (26) and allows the softened water to go to the first water pipe (55), a detergent pipe elbow (53), which is located on the nozzle unit top (26) and allows the detergent water to go to the first detergent pipe (56), a bottom cover (28) and a top cover (29), which move up and down by means of a moving mechanism (13) to prevent water from coming out during the use of the sink (1), a first pump mechanism (41 ), which allows the water in the water tank (22) to go to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) in a pressurized manner, a salt water reservoir (40) where salt water is stored, a resin (38) reservoir, where mains water is softened, a detergent tank softened water outlet pipe (39), which allows the softened water in the resin reservoir (38) to go to the detergent water tank (23), a resistor (35) that heats the water in the water tank (22) and the mixing water in the resin reservoir (38), a second pump mechanism (49), which allows the detergent water in the detergent water tank (23) to go to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26) and works with the fifth motor (44), a mixer (47) that mixes water and detergent in the detergent water tank (23) and works by means of a fourth motor (43), a main card unit (63) with central processing unit (CPU) that commands and controls the operating regime of the device, a power unit (64) that regulates electrical energy of the device.
2. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a sink lug (11 ) on the said sink (1), which allows the device to be mounted and dismounted under the counter (2).
3. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises contains at least one grate (7) within the said sink (1), which allows the dishes, vegetables and fruits to be placed.
4. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a moving arm (14) which is associated with the said moving mechanism (13) and which is driven through it by means of the second motor (17) and which is moved by means of a second moving screw shaft (30) which makes a rotational motion through the second motor (17).
5. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a first moving screw shaft (19) that makes rotational motion through the first motor (16) to make the said moving holder (24) move.
6. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a solenoid controlled salt water resin reservoir inlet (37) that allows the salt water in said salt water reservoir (40) to enter the resin reservoir (38) in a controlled manner.
7. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises vinegar, citric acid inlet (32) that enables the transfer of vinegar, lemon salt and lime scale inhibitors to the water tank (22) from the said first cover (3).
8. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a second solenoid controlled fluid outlet (34) that enables the water, vinegar or descaler added water in the said water tank (22) to go to nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26).
9. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises contains a first solenoid-controlled fluid outlet (33) that provides the inlet of mains water into the said water tank (22)
10. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a solenoid controlled detergent water outlet (45) that allows the detergent water in the said detergent water tank (23) to go to the nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26).
11. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a softened water inlet (46) to allow the softened water coming from the resin reservoir (38) through the softened water outlet pipe (39) to enter the detergent water tank (23).
12. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a float (48) that allows the detergent to enter the detergent water tank (23) in a controlled manner.
13. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a nozzle cap (50) that prevents water from accumulating on the said nozzle unit bottom (25) and nozzle unit top (26).
14. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a power unit protection (8) which is covered over the said main card unit (63) and power unit (64).
15. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a filter (66) located under the said sink (1) that prevents the exit of food waste.
16. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the device comprises a holder (67) that allows mounting of the said sink (1 ) under the counter (2).
17. Device according to claim 1 , wherein the said main card unit (63) comprises Bluetooth, mobile, loT/IP communication modules.
