Claims (6)
- 携帯型端末の撮像部により、複数の基板処理装置のうちの一の基板処理装置に予め付与されている第1識別子を撮像して、前記第1識別子を示す第1撮像画像を保存する第1保存工程と、
前記携帯型端末の撮像部により、複数の用力設備のうちの一の用力設備に予め付与されている第2識別子を撮像して、前記第2識別子を示す第2撮像画像を保存する第2保存工程と、
前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応するか否かを判定する判定工程と、
前記携帯型端末の表示部に、前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応するか否かを示す画像を表示させる表示工程と
を包含する、保守支援方法。 - 前記判定工程において前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応しないと判定された場合に、前記表示工程が行われる、請求項1に記載の保守支援方法。
- 前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応するか否かを示す画像は、マスク画像を含む、請求項2に記載の保守支援方法。
- 前記複数の用力設備はそれぞれ操作部を含み、
前記表示工程において、前記一の用力設備の前記操作部に重ねて前記マスク画像が表示される、請求項3に記載の保守支援方法。 - 撮像部及び表示部を有する携帯型端末と、
前記表示部に画像を表示させる制御部と
を備え、
前記撮像部は、複数の基板処理装置のうちの一の基板処理装置に予め付与されている第1識別子と、複数の用力設備のうちの一の用力設備に予め付与されている第2識別子とを撮像し、
前記制御部は、
前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応するか否かを判定し、
前記表示部に、前記第2識別子が前記第1識別子に対応するか否かを示す画像を表示させる、保守支援システム。 - 前記携帯型端末は、前記制御部を有する、請求項5に記載の保守支援システム。
