Claims (13)
- Dispositif de rétention de déchets (10) comprenant une partie fixe (40) fixée sur une embouchure (12) de canalisation (11) d’un réseau d’eaux pluviales et un filet de rétention (61) monté amovible, l’entrée dudit filet de rétention étant maintenu autour de ladite embouchure de manière à ce que toutes les eaux rejetées par ladite canalisation passent à travers le filet de rétention grâce à une liaison mécanique séparable, ladite liaison séparable étant configurée pour libérer l’embouchure en permettant le dégagement de l’entrée du filet de rétention de ladite embouchure,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend également une première partie mobile (50) sur laquelle l’entrée dudit filet de rétention est maintenue, ladite première partie mobile étant montée pivotante par rapport à ladite partie fixe grâce à une liaison articulée et ladite première partie mobile étant configurée pour être mobile entre deux positions : la liaison séparable étant en outre réutilisable, le passage de la position débrayée à la position verrouillée permettant de rétablir automatiquement la liaison séparable sans qu’il soit nécessaire de remplacer une ou plusieurs pièces mécaniques.- Une position verrouillée dans laquelle la première partie mobile est plaquée et retenue contre la partie fixe et la liaison séparable est activée,
- Une position débrayée dans laquelle la première partie mobile a pivoté par rapport à la partie fixe et la liaison séparable est désactivée,
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite liaison séparable est une liaison aimantée à force de retenue limitée, une première partie d’attache magnétique étant située sur la partie fixe (40), la première partie mobile (50) pouvant se coller par aimantation sur la première partie d’attache grâce à une deuxième partie d’attache magnétique (54), par exemple un aimant de polarité opposée ou un matériau ferromagnétique, par exemple des plaquettes de fer.
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la liaison aimantée comprend un moyen de désactivation à distance de la liaison séparable pour faire passer la première partie mobile (50) de la position verrouillée à la position débrayée, lorsque la force de traction exercée par le filet sur ladite première partie mobile est inférieure à la force de retenue magnétique.
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la première partie d’attache magnétique (44) de la liaison aimantée est un électro-aimant alimenté électriquement.
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 4 dépendante de la revendication 3, dans lequel le moyen de désactivation à distance est doté d’un moyen de communication filaire ou sans fil apte à communiquer entre un boitier de commande et le moyen de désactivation, ledit moyen de communication permettant à un utilisateur d’actionner ou pas l’électro-aimant et ainsi de commander la désactivation de la liaison séparable à distance.
- Dispositif de rétention selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel ladite liaison articulée permet à la première partie mobile (50) de tourner autour d’un axe (52) grâce à des charnières (53), ledit axe étant situé sur la partie basse de ladite partie fixe.
- Dispositif de rétention selon l’une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la première partie mobile (50) comprend une seconde partie mobile (60) montée coulissante par rapport à ladite première partie mobile grâce à au moins deux glissières (62) et en appui contre au moins une butée (63), ledit filet de rétention étant fixé sur ladite seconde partie mobile grâce à un ensemble d’attaches (75).
- Dispositif de rétention selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel lorsque la partie mobile est en position débrayée, elle forme un angle de valeur maximale α (alpha) avec ladite partie fixe grâce à un moyen de retenue, l’angle α étant compris de préférence entre 30 et 85 degrés.
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ledit moyen de retenue comprend au moins un câble (24) dont la première extrémité est fixée à l’aide d’un organe de liaison (64) sur la partie haute de la première partie mobile (50) et dont la seconde extrémité est attachée à un point fixe situé soit sur la partie fixe (40) soit sur la partie maçonnée sur laquelle ladite partie fixe est implantée.
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lorsque la seconde extrémité du câble (24) est détachée de son point fixe, la première partie mobile (50) du dispositif étant en position verrouillée, ledit câble est relié à un moyen de levage, qui en exerçant sur lui une force de traction verticale et sensiblement dans le même plan que l’embouchure (12) permet le levage de ladite seconde partie mobile (60) et du filet (61).
- Dispositif de rétention selon la revendication 9, dans lequel lorsque la seconde extrémité du câble (24) est détachée de son point fixe, la première partie mobile (50) du dispositif étant en position débrayée, ledit au moins câble est relié à un moyen de levage, qui en exerçant sur lui une force de traction verticale et sensiblement dans le même plan que l’embouchure (12) permet de faire passer ladite première partie mobile (50) de sa position débrayée à sa position verrouillée, puis permet le levage de ladite seconde partie mobile (60) et du filet (61).
- Dispositif de rétention selon l’une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel la partie fixe (40) est fixée à l’intérieur de la canalisation (11) grâce à des pattes de fixation (41), réparties uniformément sur le contour de l’embouchure (12).
- Dispositif de rétention selon l’une des revendications 1 à 12, dans lequel le dispositif selon l’invention peut être fabriqué en matière plastique telle que du PEHD (polyéthylène haute densité) de préférence fabriqué à partir de matériaux recyclés.
