TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a sensored hygiene cloth dispenser developed to provide a cloth for the person’s use in any environment without any hand contact and thus without loss of hygiene.

STATE OF THE ART

Today, especially considering the recent pandemic (covid-19), many contactless devices and products have emerged as a need for use. In order to minimize contact, systems with sensors are preferred. One of the devices developed for this reason is dispensers.

Dispensers which have the feature of detecting human hands without any contact, automatically dispense soap and cloth when a hand is detected. The dispenser machine which is very advantageous in terms of use and hygiene, continues to be used more and more every day.

Existing dispensers need their disadvantages to be eliminated in terms of renewing their features such as different working principles, easy assembly and fast presentation, as in every device.

In publication No. WO/2021/173089 which also belongs to the applicant and is included in the state of the art, it is described that the invention is related to a hygiene cloth dispenser with a vertical motion drive multi-cylinder cartridge which provides increasing the low tablet numbers in the hygiene cloth dispensers and extends the cartridge filling time.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a sensored hygiene cloth dispenser which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.

This disclosure section of the patent application is intended to provide an overview from a brief description of the subject matter disclosed herein and should not be construed as limiting the disclosure to the features described in this brief description section.

This invention relates to a sensored hygiene cloth dispenser developed to provide a cloth for the person’s use in any environment without any hand contact and thus without loss of hygiene.

This invention can provide the relevant hygiene cloth to the person's use quickly and without contact.

This invention first applies the hygienic liquid on the cloth while presenting the relevant cloth to the user, and when the cloth is stored in a dry state, it is presented as moistened with hygienic liquid when presented to the person.

In the present invention, the dry storage of the cloth in the dispenser also prevents the evaporation of the related hygienic liquid by unnecessary contact with the air.

Thanks to the embodiment in the present invention, the cloth is brought to a hygienic condition as soon as possible and presented to the user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Assembly description

The assembly of the present invention is carried out by mounting the magazine gear (33) on the main body (1 ), and by mounting the peristaltic gear (37). After assembly, it is attached to the main body (1 ). The upper mechanism cover (56) is combined with the main body (1 ) by assembling the motor of the upper cover of the mechanism. The electronic card (64) is mounted, the switch assembly (button group (24)) is performed, and the sensor and the motor block assembly is completed. Then, the upper body (95) is attached to its place, the sensor cover (59) is attached, the lower cover closes the bottom, the napkin magazine group is assembled and mounted into their places. It is ready for use by being attached to the device.

Usage description

First, the machine is turned on. After that, the sensors check if the liquid and the capsule are full (if not, the relevant warning light starts to flash, when these deficiencies are corrected, the lights go out and the system is ready for use). With the help of the magnetic sensor, the motor axle moves the kinesthetic gear in one revolution. This movement rotates the gear (33) in Fig. 2 60 degrees by means of the kinesthetic gear. The position of the gear (33) is fixed with the help of magazine positioning tab (49) and cartridge positioning means (32). The gear (33) sends one capsule into the chamber with a rotational movement of 60 degrees, pushes the second capsule back into its housing with the help of a 10-degree angle of the magazine lower part (85), and simultaneously with the help of a kinesthetic pump, 45cc liquid is drawn from the reservoir and conveyed to the chamber.

By passing the user’s hand in front of the sensor, the motor performs a complete revolution and the peristaltic pump discharges the sufficient amount of liquid, i.e., 45cc liquid, into the chamber (15) by taking advantage of the shrinkage of the silicone hose. The amount of liquid discharged into the chamber can preferably be adjusted according to the absorption capacity of the hygiene cloth. At the same time, the peristaltic gear (37) powered by the motor rotates the magazine gear 60 degrees, allowing a hygiene cloth to fall from the cartridge into the chamber. After one hygiene cloth falls from the cartridge, the first piece of cloth falls into the chamber by striking against the napkin dispenser while the cartridge rotates so that the second cloth does not fall out, thus, the napkin just stays on the dispenser as it is above the capsule dispenser, preventing undesired falls.

Claims

CLAIMS A sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention, characterized in that it comprises the sensors which check if the liquid and the capsule are full when the machine is turned on, a sensor which brings movement to the system by passing the user’s hand around the device, a magnetic sensor by which the motor axle moves the kinesthetic gear in one revolution, a magnetic sensor by which the movement is transferred by means of the kinesthetic gear and rotates the gear (33) 60 degrees, a magazine positioning tab (49) and a cartridge positioning means (32) which fix the position of the gear (33), a gear (33) which sends one capsule into the chamber with a rotational movement of 60 degrees, a system which pushes the second capsule back into its housing with the help of a 10- degree angle of the magazine lower part (85) and in which simultaneously with the help of a kinesthetic pump, 45cc liquid is drawn from the reservoir and conveyed to the chamber. The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it contains a sensor which checks if the liquid and the capsule are full (if not, the relevant warning light flashes when these deficiencies are corrected) and brings movement to the system when the user’s hand passes in front of it. The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it contains a motor axle which moves the kinesthetic gear in one revolution with the help of a magnetic sensor. The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to Claim 2 or 4, characterized in that it contains a kinesthetic gear which rotates the gear (33) 60 degrees. Claim 2, 4 or 5, characterized in that it contains a magazine positioning tab (49) which fixes the position of the gear (33) and a cartridge positioning means (32). The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it contains a gear (33) which sends one capsule into the chamber with a rotational movement of 60 degrees. The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it contains a magazine lower part (85) which pushes the second capsule back into its housing with the help of a 10-degree angle, and simultaneously ensures that the liquid is drawn from the reservoir to the chamber with the help of a kinesthetic pump. The sensored hygiene cloth dispenser of the invention according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it contains a peristaltic pump which discharges the sufficient amount of liquid into the chamber (15) by taking advantage of the shrinkage of the silicone hose with a complete revolution of the motor when the user’s hand passes in front of the sensor.
