Claims (14)
- 고유점도(η)가 1.05 초과인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지; 및 고유점도(η)가 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지;를 포함하는 베이스 수지 80 내지 99 중량%;카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지 0.01 내지 10 중량%; 및폴리부타디엔 러버 0.01 내지 10 중량%;를 포함하는 리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고유점도(η)가 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지는 고유점도 0.9 미만인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지와 고유점도 0.9 초과, 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 30:70 내지 60:40의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고유점도(η)가 1.05 초과인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지는 고유점도 1.05 초과, 1.5 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물을 구성하는 베이스 수지, 카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지, 폴리부타디엔 러버, 첨가제 및 임의의 사출고화 단축제의 총 100 중량% 중에 29 내지 55 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지는 에틸렌-n-부틸 아크릴레이트-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-아크릴릭 에스터-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-디메타크릴레이트-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-아크릴레이트-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트-글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 코폴리머 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지는 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 유래의 단위를 1 내지 15 중량% 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리부타디엔 러버는 ASTM D1895에 의거하여 측정한 벌크 밀도가 0.25 g/cc 이상이고, ASTM D256에 의거하여 측정한 아이조드 충격강도(-30도, 1/4"두께)가 10kg/cm.cm 이상인 동시에 아이조드 충격강도(23도, 1/4"두께)가 50kg/cm.cm 이상이면서 전체 입자 중 #20 메쉬 통과분이 전체 입자 전체 계수가 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물은 탈크, 월라스토나이트 및 에틸렌 아크릴레이트 산계 화합물 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 사출고화 단축제를 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 아크릴레이트 산계 화합물은 상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물을 구성하는 베이스 수지, 카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지, 폴리부타디엔 러버, 첨가제 및 사출고화 단축제의 총 100 중량% 중에 0.01 내지 1 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물은 활제, 산화방지제 및 칼라런트 중에서 선택된 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 고유점도(η)가 1.05 초과, 1.5 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 29 내지 55 중량%;고유점도(η)가 0.9 초과, 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 0 내지 68 중량%;고유점도(η)가 0.7 이상, 0.9 미만인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 0 내지 50 중량%;카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지 0.01 내지 10 중량%;폴리부타디엔 러버 0.01 내지 10 중량%; 및사출고화 단축제 0 내지 1 중량%를 포함하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- i)고유점도(η)가 1.05 초과, 1.5 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 29 내지 54 중량%;ii)고유점도(η)가 0.9 초과, 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 35 내지 68 중량%; 또는 고유점도(η)가 0.7 이상, 0.9 미만인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 41 내지 49 중량%;iii)카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지 0.01 내지 10 중량%;iv)폴리부타디엔 러버 0.01 내지 10 중량%; 및v)사출고화 단축제 0 내지 1 중량%를 포함하고,상기 i) 및 ii)폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 합한 총 중량은 80 내지 99 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물.
- 고유점도(η)가 1.05 초과인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지; 및 고유점도(η)가 1.05 이하인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지;를 포함하는 베이스 수지 80 내지 99 중량%; 카르복시 반응성 에폭시 수지 0.01 내지 10 중량%; 폴리부타디엔 러버 0.01 내지 10 중량%; 및 사출고화 단축제 0 내지 1 중량%를 포함하여 압출기에 투입하여 용융 혼련 및 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 조성물을 포함하여 제조되는 성형품.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 성형품은 전장용 체결 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
