Abstract

The present invention relates to a system (1) for creating a digital content specific to the navigation user and the related route, on the basis of the related route and travel conditions such as weather, traffic information, route length by using the route information which are created with the location information where the user wants to go in a navigation system.

Description

A SYSTEM FOR CREATING DIGITAL CONTENT RELATED TO ROUTE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system for creating a digital content specific to the navigation user and the related route, on the basis of the related route and travel conditions such as weather, traffic information, route length by using the route information which are created with the location information where the user wants to go in a navigation system.
Background of the Invention
Navigation systems are systems which enable users to reach the location where they want to go within the shortest time. Navigation systems use hardware, software and map layers and they are mostly used together with mobile phones, personal navigation devices having GPS signaling, or hardware being included in vehicles. Navigation systems are mainly used on mobile phones, because users carry their smartphones around all the time. Navigation applications -which are run as application in smartphones- share the route to be reached in the shortest and fastest way over the phone, on the basis of the location information input by the users and thus, users can reach their destination comfortably. Navigation applications are used more when going from a permanent location to a different location such as holiday, trip or traveling in the said location. For this reason, today there is a need for solutions whereby the route and travel conditions created other than the frequently used routes are recorded and a digital content having the route and travel condition information that is different from other travel information of the said travel is created and then shared with the mobile phone user.
The United States patent document no. US6801327, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a filing system and method, and an apparatus and method used for reproducing image data. The said invention relates to reproduction of an image representing the said digital image data, by using digital image data which have been obtained from a plurality of inputs such as photographic film, printed matter or memory card. In the said invention, a plurality of mount images are obtained by using the data input over an input unit, a representative image is selected for the mount images obtained and the mount images are stored under the title of the said representative image
The International patent document no. W02021021065, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a digital or printed personalized special code creation and data storage method on objects such as photo, magnet, invitation card. In the said invention, a method for transforming the uploaded data such as sound record, video, photo, writing, music files into personalized special contents by means of a mobile application or a web site. The said contents can be applied on printed products and they can also made shareable with persons in digital media. The International patent document no. W02021021065, discloses a special personalized code application method on a magnet. The said magnets are enriched with a personalized code and thus the desired video, sound recording, photo, music, link and texts can be sold to the user. It is also disclosed in the said document that a magnet can be created related to the journey. The customer collects the data s/he wants to upload related to the journey and a data pool is created for different locations of the world.
Summary of the Invention An objective of the present invention is to realize a system for creating a unique digital magnet by using artificial intelligence specific to the navigation user and the related route, on the basis of the related route and travel conditions by using the route information which are created by the user in a navigation system.
Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system for creating a digital content wherein route and travel conditions are generated on the basis of the route and travel information input to the navigation application running on an electronic device such as a mobile phone, and for sharing it over a mobile application.
Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system for storing digital content as NFT.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The “system for creating digital content related to route” realized to fulfil the objectives of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:
Figure 1 is a schematic view of the inventive system for creating digital content related to route.
The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

Server The inventive system (1) wherein information about the said journey are included by using the route and travel information related to the journey that is made on the basis of the route information input by the user, and which enables to create a unique digital content specific to the user comprises: at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application on itself, to establish communication with remote servers by using any remote communication protocol, and to comprise at least one locator; at least one navigation application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to ensure that the the shortest and fastest route is created from a start position to a destination position, on the basis of the destination position information input by the users; at least one database (4) which is configured to keep record of the route information created by the navigation application (3) and the travel information created throughout the journey, together with the user information of the electronic device (2); and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the navigation application (3) that is run on the electronic device (2), over this communication established; to manage the database (4); to create route information by receiving the location information and the current location information input over the navigation application (3) and to share it with the user over the navigation application (3); to receive the created route information and the travel conditions encountered by the electronic device (2) in the said route and to create a unique digital content paired with the said route, by using artificial intelligence; to record the created digital content in the database (4) and to transmit it to the electronic device (2). The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as smartphone, mobile phone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable configured to run at least one navigation application (3) on itself. The said electronic device (2) has a GPS receiver used as a locator, speakers intended for providing audio output, at least one camera capable of taking picture, and an input unit in the form of key or touchscreen.
In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is configured to establish connection with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of art and to ensure that data exchange is realized between the navigation application (3) and the server (5) over this connection established. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (2) is configured to realize data exchange with the server (5) by using a data bus such as Internet. The said electronic device (2) is configured to receive the location information where the users want to go and to share the current location information and the desired location information with the server (5).
In the inventive system (1), the navigation application (3) is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to receive the location information where the user wants to go and then to ensure that it is transmitted to the server (5) over the electronic device (2). The navigation application (3) is configured to inform the device user by voice and/or video via the speaker and/or screen of the electronic device (2) about the route it receives from the server (5) and to guide the user so as to ensure that the route is followed throughout the journey. The navigation application (3) is configured to make contact with the electronic device (2) user about whether to create a digital content related to the travel, upon termination of the travel and to share the information about the request for creating digital content with the server (5) in the event that the user gives approval. In the inventive system (1), the database (4) is configured to be in communication with the server (5) and to be managed by the server (5). The database (4) is configured to keep record of the route information followed in the navigation application (3) and the traffic information, weather information, road length and destination information encountered throughout the said journey, together with the user information and the time information.
In the inventive system (1), the server (5) is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the navigation application (3) that is run on the electronic device (2), over this communication established. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) over a data network such as Internet. The server (5) is configured to manage the database (4) by means of transactions such as making a record of new data into the database (4), deleting the data recorded in the database (4), changing the data recorded in the database (4) and updating the data recorded in the database (4). The server (5) is configured to create the shortest and fastest route by receiving the location information where the electronic device (2) user wants to go and the current location information over the communication established with the navigation application (3).
The server (5) is configured to make contact with the user over the navigation application (3) about whether to create the digital content of the journey, upon the electronic device (2) user reaches the desired destination and in the event that the user requests, to process the information about the journey between the current location and the up-to-date location from the database (4) by means of artificial intelligence technologies. The server (5) is configured to create a digital content specific to the journey made by using at least the route, weather, traffic information, road length and destination information related to the journey. In one preferred embodiment, the server (5) is configured to ensure that the contents requested by the user are added into the digital content. The server (5) is configured to create the digital content together with a URL information. The server (5) is configured to upload the created digital content into a cloud-like environment and to present it for the access of the navigation application (3) user. The server (5) is configured to inform the electronic device (2) user by means of push notification, upon the digital content is created and to ensure that the created digital content is shared. The server (5) is configured to check whether a crypto wallet application is included on the electronic device (2), upon the digital content is created and if available, to keep record of the digital content as NFT (Non Fungible Token). The server (5) is configured to inform the user so as to install crypto wallet application, in the event that no crypto wallet is available. Thereby, the server (5) ensures that parameters of a travel are converted into a digital magnet which can be used as a unique artwork by means of artificial intelligence.
With the inventive system (1), digital content and digital magnet are created by means of artificial intelligence technology about the travel, journey of an electronic device (2) user together with the route information created in the navigation application (3). The said digital magnet can be stored on the electronic device (2) as NFT in a crypto wallet and it is accessible by the user by means of an URL as well. The content created by the server (5) and obtained by using artificial intelligence is a digital content which is unique, created instantly, can be presented digitally and the digital ownership of which is apparent by means of NFT.
The server (5) and the navigation application (3) included in the inventive system (1) receive approval from the driver so as to collect the driver’s travel data by operating within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive system (1) for creating digital content related to route; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.

Claims

1. A system (1) wherein information about the said journey are included by using the route and travel information related to the journey that is made on the basis of the route information input by the user, and which enables to create a unique digital content specific to the user; characterized by at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application on itself, to establish communication with remote servers by using any remote communication protocol, and to comprise at least one locator; at least one navigation application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to ensure that the the shortest and fastest route is created from a start position to a destination position, on the basis of the destination position information input by the users; at least one database (4) which is configured to keep record of the route information created by the navigation application (3) and the travel information created throughout the journey, together with the user information of the electronic device (2); and at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the navigation application (3) that is run on the electronic device (2), over this communication established; to manage the database (4); to create route information by receiving the location information and the current location information input over the navigation application (3) and to share it with the user over the navigation application (3); to receive the created route information and the travel conditions encountered by the electronic device (2) in the said route and to create a unique digital content paired with the said route, by using artificial intelligence; to record the created digital content in the database (4) and to transmit it to the electronic device (2).
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a device such as smartphone, mobile phone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable configured to run at least one navigation application (3) on itself.
3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which has a GPS receiver used as a locator, speakers intended for providing audio output, at least one camera capable of taking picture, and an input unit in the form of key or touchscreen.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to establish connection with the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of art and to ensure that data exchange is realized between the navigation application (3) and the server (5) over this connection established.
5. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to receive the location information where the users want to go and to share the current location information and the desired location information with the server (5).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the navigation application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to receive the location information where the user wants to go and then to ensure that it is transmitted to the server (5) over the electronic device (2).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mobile application (3) which is configured to inform the device user by voice and/or video via the speaker and/or screen of the electronic device (2) about the route it receives from the server (5) and to guide the user so as to ensure that the route is followed throughout the journey.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the mobile application (3) which is configured to make contact with the electronic device (2) user about whether to create a digital content related to the travel, upon termination of the travel and to share the information about the request for creating digital content with the server (5) in the event that the user gives approval.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (4) which is configured to keep record of the route information followed in the navigation application (3) and the traffic information, weather information, road length and destination information encountered throughout the said journey, together with the user information and the time information.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to manage the database (4) by means of transactions such as making a record of new data into the database (4), deleting the data recorded in the database (4), changing the data recorded in the database (4) and updating the data recorded in the database (4).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to create the shortest and fastest route by receiving the location information where the electronic device (2) user wants to go and the current location information over the communication established with the navigation application (3).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to make contact with the user over the navigation application (3) about whether to create the digital content of the journey, upon the electronic device (2) user reaches the desired destination and in the event that the user requests, to process the information about the journey between the current location and the up-to-date location from the database (4) by means of artificial intelligence technologies.
13. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to create a digital content specific to the journey made by using at least the route, weather, traffic information, road length and destination information related to the journey.
14. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that the contents requested by the user are added into the digital content.
15. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to create the digital content together with a URL information.
16. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to upload the created digital content into a cloud-like environment and to present it for the access of the navigation application (3) user.
17. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to inform the electronic device (2) user by means of push notification, upon the digital content is created and to ensure that the created digital content is shared.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to check whether a crypto wallet application is included on the electronic device (2), upon the digital content is created and if available, to keep record of the digital content as NFT (Non Fungible Token).
